The invention relates to welding production and is intended primarily for the welding of copper and its low-alloyed alloys with a non-consumable electrode. The purpose of the invention is to increase the heat and electrical conductivity of welded joints and reduce the tendency of the pores to form pores. Boron is a good deoxidizer for copper and its low-alloyed alloys and at the same time has little effect on the reduction of heat and electrical conductivity of welded joints. As a copper metal base of this wire used V-shaped,. obtained by cold profiling in non-driving roller gauges of the M1 grade copper wire (GOST 1173-70, diameter 3-8 mm). The longitudinal groove on the copper strand is of such a size that, after filling the V-shaped profile with the filler and then rolling the resulting workpiece, the ratio of the mass of the charge to the total mass of the filler wire is. 1.0-1.6%. The use of porous wire wire as a blank. A V-shaped profile with predetermined groove dimensions allows you to remove copper powder from the charge and, therefore, reduce the amount of oxygen and hydrogen that enters the weld pool. This, in turn, allowed to reduce the total amount of deoxidizers in the mixture, as well as the ratio of the weight of the cell to the total mass of the powdered filler wire. A significant decrease in the content of silicon and manganese in the weld metal and, consequently, an increase in the thermal and electrical conductivities of the welded joint is possible when the content of: silicon manganese in n (} ovoleke is less than 0.5%. Dense seams are obtained with boron content in the wire 0 o, 05% If the boron content in the wire exceeds 0.15%, cracks appear in the weld crater. When the ratio of deoxidizing and slag-forming components in the wire is 1: 2, an improvement in the welding technological indicators is not observed, however It is possible to produce a V-shaped profile with large groove sizes for introducing a large amount of charge. The decrease in the ratio of deoxidizing and slag-forming components in the wire less than 1: 1.4 causes some deterioration in the formation of the welded joint due to insufficiently active treatment of the metal with the slag. helium-arc automatic surfacing on copper plates and manual helium-arc welding with non-melting. electrode of butt joints of copper plates of grade Ml with a thickness of 20 mm and groove edges. Surfacing mode: 1 280-320 A, Ufl 23-25 V, Vce 14-15 m / h. 1 ... 500-550 A, Welding mode: Un 25-28 V. Examples of the compositions of the experimental filler wires and the results of their welding-technological tests are given in t.
