Abstract

АРМИРУЮЩИЙ ТРОС ДЛЯ ЭЛАСТОМЕРНЫХ ИЗДЕЛИЙ, содержащий несколько основных стальных нитей, свитых по спирали, по меньшей мере с одной обмоточной стальной нитью, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью увеличени  долговечности, основные нити расположены параллельно одна другой, образу  пучок, при этом диаметры всех нитей одинаковы, а шаг их свивки в 25...100 раз больше диаметра нити.

Изобретение относитс  к области изготовлени  витых изделий, примен емых дл  армировани  различных резино-тканевых изделий типа автомобильных покрышек, транспортерных лент, шлангов и т.п.
Цель изобретени -увеличение долговности троса за счет его компактности .
На фиг. 1 представлен армирующий трос, обвщй видj на фиг. 2 - поперечное сечение троса.
Армирующий трос содержит четыре стальные нити 1, которые образуют спиральный сердечник. Нити расположены параллельно одна другой, образу  пучок. С ними свита стальна  нить 2 такого же диаметра , котора  сдвинута
по длине на свивки. Шаг свиполовину шага тки нити 2 с

  1. АРМИРУЮЩИЙ ТРОС ДЛЯ ЭЛАСТОМЕРНЫХ ИЗДЕЛИЙ, содержащий несколько основных стальных нитей, свитых по спирали, по меньшей мере с одной обмоточной стальной нитью, отличающийся тем, что, с целью увеличения долговечности, основные нити расположены параллельно одна другой, образуя пучок, при этом диаметры всех нитей одинаковы, а шаг их свивки в 25...100 раз больше диаметра нити.
