3The invention relates to the enrichment of minerals, in particular to magnetic enrichment, can be used for the separation of highly magnetic ores and is an improvement of the known magnetic separator according to the author. St. No. 722577. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the separation process due to the additional flocculation of particles in the loading zone and in the desliming chamber. FIG. 1 shows a separator, a cut; in fig. 2 - overflow threshold with magnets; in fig. 3 - concentrate receiver and drain threshold with a gate; in fig. 4 - partitions with magnetic blocks, section A-A in FIG. five; in fig. 5 - the same, top view. The magnetic separator includes a non-magnetic drum 1 with a magnetic system 2 located in it, a semi-current type bath 3 of a non-magnetic material. which is divided into compartments for main and control separation using partitions 4 of a non-magnetic material installed in the course of rotation of the drum 2. The compartments of the main separation bath are connected by means of a feeding tray 5 with a feeder 6, in which an overflow threshold 7 is installed in front of the feeding tray with magnets 8 fixed to it on both sides. The compartments for the control separation are connected by means of the inner-chamber circulation nozzles 9 with the desalination chamber 10, the nozzles being designed as closed troughs, the lids of which are aligned with the bottom of the bath. The bottom of the separator bath and the side walls of these grooves are made of a non-magnetic material, and their bottom is made of a magnet of a soft material. The separator bath has a receiver AND 11 and 12 of separation products for tailings and for concentrate, respectively, and the receiver for concentrate has a coating 13 of magnetic material. Under the concentrate receiver, there is a main discharge threshold 14 with a gate 15. The desliming chamber consists of compartments 16 formed by partitions 17 on which magnetic blocks 18 are placed, and equipped with an additional drain threshold 19 and a sprinkler 20 mounted on the bottom and made of a perforated metal sheet, perforated rubber sheet and mounting mesh. A siphon 21 is installed above the splash system to discharge the sediment (concentrate), and an emergency hatch 22 is provided at the bottom of the sludge separator. The separator works as follows. Food in the form of pulp through the feeder 6 and the feed tray 5 enters the bath 3 in the compartments of the main separation. When moving from feeder 6 to feed tray 5, the pulp washes overflow threshold. By means of magnets 8 mounted on it, ferromagnetic particles are subjected to magnetization, and floccules are formed from fine particles. The magnetized pulp, falling into the compartments of the main separation, is subjected to separation by means of a magnetic field of the magnetic system 2 on the tails and the concentrate of the main separation. The tails are discharged into the receiver 11 for tailings due to the flow of pulp, and the concentrate, which is pulled by the magnetic field of the magnetic system 2 to the non-magnetic drum 1, when it is rotated, is removed from the bath 3 and discharged through the concentrate receiver 12 into the desalination chamber 10. from the separator bath under the action of a magnetic field, the coating 13, made, for example, of magnetic rubber, is additionally magnetized, and the magnetization occurs in a field of low intensity created by the magnetic rubber (about 8–16 k A / m). In addition to magnetization, particle separation occurs, since under the action of such a magnetic field, the magnetic particles are slowed down and move more slowly than non-magnetic particles. As a result, a 2-layer pulp is formed, which enters the vertically located compartments 16 formed by partitions 18. The lower layer settles into the middle compartment from the separator bath, and the upper layers due to the flow force falls into the far compartment. Thus, in compartments 16, the material is subjected to magnetization separately, which eliminates the ingress of rock formations and small particles into the bulk of the floccules. The resulting floccules are precipitated as sludge by washing water supplied from the sprinkler system 20, cleared of sludge and small intergrowths, then siphons 21 are discharged from the chamber and sent for further processing. The rocky slits are transported upwards and through the additional drain threshold 19 are sent to the tails. All intergrowths, large pedigree parts of CH1, possessing intermediate properties that, due to their weight, cannot be carried out into the slots, accumulate in the middle part of the chamber 10. drain threshold 14 is discharged into the intracameral circulation connections 9. Using the adjusting gate 15 to get into the nozzles 9, the pulp is additionally magnetised due to the magnetic field of the magnetic system 2 and sent to the control separation compartments where the material is separated into concentrate and tails. The tails through the receivers 11 are unloaded and sent to the dump, and the concentrate due to the rotation of the drum 1 is unloaded from the bath 3
