14 11 The invention relates to rubber industry, in particular to the development of vulcanizable rubber compounds based on non-saturated rubbers, and can be used in the cable industry in the manufacture of sheaths of reinforced cords for electric heaters. The purpose of the invention is to increase the resistance of the rubber compound to premature vulcanization. In tab. 1 shows the composition of rubber compounds. The mixture of all components, except thiuram, is carried out in a laboratory mixer at 40-60 ° C for 7 mil. Thiuram is introduced on the rollers as a masterbatch after cooling the mixtures to. The resistance of the rubber mixture to premature vulcanization is assessed by the time before the start of scorching at 100 ° C by Mooney B5 (min) and by the change in plasticity before and after boiling in water. Both indicators are determined on samples of unvulcanized rubber mixture in the form of disks and cylinders respectively. Samples of vulcanizates to determine the physicomechanical properties are made in an electrically heated press at 151 ° C with an increase of 15 minutes for the plates. The properties of rubber compounds and vulcanizates of them are given in table. 2. In table. 3-5 data on the use of various accelerators, 74 antioxidants and plasticizers in the composition, respectively; in tab. 6 properties of the mixture with and without microdoxy of sulfur .: As can be seen from the data table. 1-6, the introduction of Octofor NA increases the resistance to the premature vulcanization of rubber mixtures based on carbohydrate unsaturated rubbers SKI, SCS with different accelerators, phenolic and amine antioxidants, and various plasticizers. A micro dose of sulfur is introduced into the composition in order to reduce the relative residual deformation of the rubber shell of the finished product. It does not affect the resistance to premature vulcanization of the rubber compound. The vulcanizing agent is thiuram. In the composition of the rubber mixture, technical grade PM-15 is used to color it from light gray to black. Carbon PM-15 in the indicated dosage does not affect the resistance to premature vulcanization of the proposed rubber compound. The use of resin Octrfor NA based on synthetic rubbers leads to a significant increase in the resistance of the proposed rubber compound to premature vulcanization and. improving the quality of the surface of the cord sheath while maintaining a complex of technical properties, in particular, tensile strength.
