The invention relates to metallurgy, and more specifically to the continuous casting of metals. The purpose of the invention is to stabilize the casting process and increase productivity. FIG. 1 shows the device prior to operation; FIG. 2 - the same during operation (cross section), in FIG. 3 - the same plan. The device contains floats 1 2, in which lined metal reservoirs 3 and 4 are located, interconnected by a dynamic link 5. Floats are located in the bath 6, lined with a heat-shielding sheath 7 with a cover 8. A funnel 9 and siphon wiring are installed above each heat sink. The bath is equipped with rollers 11 and is installed on rails 12 with limiting points 13. At the bottom of the metal collectors 3 and 4 under siphon wiring to be molded recesses 14. The bath is filled with melt 15. The device operates as follows. The metal receivers are in an average position relative to the surface of the melt 15 in the bath 6. The siphon wiring 10 is plugged with stoppers of fusible material and connected to vacuum systems (not shown). The bath 6 is in one of the two extreme positions limited by the stops 13 so that the funnel 9 of one of the metal receivers (metal receiver 4) is under the hole for draining the liquid metal (not shown). Through the barrel 9, the preheated square 2 of the tall collector 4 is filled with molten metal, a vacuum is turned on and after the tube is melted, the metal is sucked into the siphon wiring and enters the molds of the continuous casting machines. After filling the mold with metal, its level remains constant, the same as the level of the melt 15 in the bath 6 and the metal in the metal receiver 4-. The level of the melt 15 in the bath 6 is maintained constant due to the fact that the metal receivers 3 and 4 are interconnected by a dynamic link 5 in such a way that when one of them (the metal receiver 4) is immersed, the other rises to the same height, due to which the level of the melt is 15 bath 6 remains constant. Due to the fact that the base area of the working cavity, the metal pearl | 1ka 3 (or 4) refers to the base area of the float 1 (or 2), as the specific weight of the metal in the metal reception refers to the specific weight of the melt in the bath 6, the level of the metal in the metal receiver will always be the level of the melt 15 in the bath 6 and the investigator ° the level of the metal in the molds of the continuous casting machines will remain constant until the end of the casting, which will ensure their stable operation. Both floats 1 and 2 with metal receivers 3 and 4 are the same and can be used alternately. The recess 14 is intended for the most complete discharge of metal from metal receivers.
