I Изобретение относитс к способам защиты труб от коррозии, а именно к устройствам дл нанесени защитного окрыти на трубопроводы. Цель изобретени - повышение качества пчжрыти путем предотвращени образованиа лод покрытием воздушных fHf-if.rr-- Г Уэыр|,,, ..-у , иа фиг. 1 показано устройство I Ш1.Я нанесени защитного покрыти на трубопровод, вид сбоку; на фиг, 2 то же, изометрическа проекци . Устройство состоит из установленного на колесах корпуса 1, на котором смонтирована шпул 2 дл ленточного изол ционного материала 3. Кор пус 1 снабжен шарнирно св занной с ним поворотной рамой 4, установленной с .возможностью возвратно-поступательного перемещени относительн изолируемого трубопровода 5, -размещенного на рольганге 6. В верхней точке поворотной рамы 4 смонтированы направл ющий ролик 7 и размещенные под ним подпружиненный прикатывам ций ролик 8 и цилиндричес кие прижимные ролики 9. Оси роликов -9 параллельны. Прикатывающий роли 8 имеет бочкообразную форму и длину равную ширине изол ционного материа ла 3 . Защитное покрытие на трубопровод наноситс - следуищим образом. 012 Устройство устанавливаетс напротив изолируемого участка трубопровода 5 с наход щейс в нерабочем положении рамой 4. Конец изол ционного материала (ленты) 3 со шпули 2; огиба направл ющий ролик 7, завод т на прикатывающий ролик 8, при этом лента должна быть обращена адгезионным слоем к изолируемой поверхности. Затем устанавлива раму 4 в рабочее положение , прижимают прикатывающий ролик 8вместе с лентой 3 к поверхности вращающейс секции трубопровода 5 и начинают формирование покрыти . При вращении трубопровода 5 лента 3обкатьшает изолируемую поверхность. Под действием прикатьшающёго ролика 8, так как он имеет бочкообразную форму, а его длина равна ширине изол ционного материала, одновременно по всей линии контакта с изолируемой поверхностью из-под материала вытесн етс воздух.Бочкообразна форма ролика 8 обеспечивает градиент давлени прикатки: давление, максимальное в средней части, постепенно уменьшаетс к кра м изолируемого участка. Такое распределение давлени позвол ет вытеснить воздух не только вперед по направлению обмотки и прикатки , но и к кра м изолируемого участка .
