The invention relates to the vibration technique and can be used in a vibration seismic survey mainly for the excitation of transverse waves and in other vibration devices for technological purposes. The electromechanical vibration exciter is known, which contains a base, a rack mounted on it with studs, an electric motor, and an unstable mass mounted rotatably about the axis of the vibration exciter fj. The disadvantage of a vibration exciter is the low vibration excitation efficiency. In addition, the use of this device in seismic bucket leads to the appearance of cantilever vibrations. The closest to the invention is an electromechanical vibration exciter, comprising a housing, an electric motor with a balanced rotor, and an imbalance associated with it 2. A disadvantage of the known device is the presence of two independent assemblies, an electric motor. and the vibration exciter itself, which leads to a complication of the design and an increase in the overall dimensions, as well as to a decrease in the operational reliability of the vibration exciter. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the electromechanical vibration exciter. This goal is achieved by the fact that in an electromechanical vibration exciter comprising a housing, an electric motor and the unbalance associated with it, the electric motor is made with a synchronous frontal motor, and the unbalance is its rotor. At the same time, in the unbalance ring and radial grooves are made. FIG. 1 shows an electromechanical vibration exciter, a general view, in FIG. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - unbalance rotor, isometric. The proposed exciter comprises a housing 1, in which an end synchronous electric motor is installed, having a rotor 2 and a stator 3, which is pressed together by an internal diameter by a band 4 and by an external one by a band 5, a three-phase winding 6 of the stator 3 by an excitation winding coil 7, which fits into circular and radial slots 8 of the rotor 2, contact rings 9 to which the highways of the coil 7 are connected. The rotor 2 is mounted on conical bearings 10 rotatably with respect to the shaft 11, which is fixed in the housing 1. From the axial movements of the rotor 2 phi siruets nut 12 mounted on a shaft 11 on which brush holders 13 are fixed. Electromechanical vibroexpression works as follows. When voltage is applied to the winding 6 of the stator 3 and the coil 7 of the excitation winding of the rotor 2 as a result of the interaction of the fields of the rotor 2 and the stator 3, the field of the stator 3 causes the rotation of the rotor 2, which creates a circular driving force. The design of the electromechanical vibration exciter allows increasing the reliability of the device area by reducing the number of structural elements by combining the electric motor and the vibration exciter in one design, as well as reducing the axial dimensions of the vibration exciter and thereby eliminating the occurrence of cantilever vibrations.
