The invention relates to a technique of mixing gas and liquid and can be used for the aeration of wastewater during biological treatment, as well as for suction of dusty, flammable and explosive gases and vapors. A device for mixing and aeration is known, comprising a gas impeller and a stirrer mounted on a shaft and consisting of a stator and a rotor made in the form of two conical disks adjacent to them, one to the other, with the gas turbine in communication with the stirrer through concentric installed with the shaft of the pipe 1 The disadvantages of the known device are the need for its location under the liquid level in the tank and the need for high-pressure gas to rotate the impeller and the agitator. Consequently, turbo-blowers or compressors and the distributing duct system are required to operate the device. If the impeller is driven by supplying water, the device ceases to perform its intended function, i.e. mixing and aeration, since it does not provide a different supply of the gas phase, except through the impeller. The purpose of the invention is to reduce energy consumption and intensify the process of gas and liquid interaction. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for aerating a liquid containing an impeller and a stirrer mounted on a vertical shaft with the possibility of free rotation and along the axis of the feed pipe, the blender is made in the form of a fan wheel with overlapping above it, the blades truncated cone with a nozzle that communicates the cavity of the fan wheel with the atmosphere, as well as the fender blades attached to the inner surface of the chamber in its upper part opposite the turbine and the fan wheel. The drawing shows a device for aerating the liquid. The device contains a mixing chamber 1, inside which a turbine 3 and a rotor 4 of the fan are placed under the tube 2 for supplying fluid, mounted on one shaft 5 in supports 6 and 7. The suction cavity of the fan rotor is connected to atmosphere by a nozzle 8. The blades 9 are located on the upper disk of the fan, and the upper part of the chamber is equipped with reflective blades 10. A pipe 11 for extracting the mixture is located in the upper part of the chamber. The device works as follows. When fluid is supplied to chamber 1 through pipe 2, the impeller 3 begins to rotate and the rotor 4 of the fans attached to it on one shaft. The fluid flow comes off the blades of the impeller, is crushed, additionally activated by the rotor 4, the blades 9 and interacts with the gas supplied by the fan rotor. The increase in the contact surface of the phases and the continuous renewal provided by the interaction of the blades of the impeller, the rotor of the fan, the gas flow and the reflecting blades greatly intensifies the aeration process. Due to the fact that the chamber is located above the liquid level, it does not fill with liquid, since the latter is continuously removed through pipe 11 and the resistance to rotation of the impeller and the fan rotor is small compared to when the rotor is placed below the liquid level. Air leaks directly from the atmosphere eliminates the need for turbo blowers or compressors and a distribution duct system. The absence of the drive of the impeller makes it possible to successfully use the proposed device for suction of explosive or flammable gases, where the use of installations with electric motors is extremely undesirable.
