Известные опоры дл основани под буровую вышку, устанавливаемые в открытом море, выполн ютс в виде телескопических встроенных одна в другую труб. Кажда из таких опор (стоек) состоит из двух труб разного диаметра. Труба меньшего диаметра помешаетс внутри трубы большего диаметра и имеет подвижность относительно последней. Нижний конец внутренней трубы снабжаетс башмаком. При установке основани башмак упираетс в дно мор . Крепление с морским дном производитс через полость внутренних труб сва ми, забуренными в грунт морского дна.
