Пример 1. Больна Г., 10 лет, поступила с диагнозом хронический тломерулонефрит, гематурическа форма . Больна в течение 3 лёт. Обострени возникают 2-3 раза в год, их 10 продолжительность достигает 35-А6 дней, В стационаре больной назначена диетотерапи , постельный режим, антигистаминные препараты, депагил, курантил . гепарин. Одновременно дополни- is тельно вводили в/м унитиол по 3,0 мп в день и альфа-токоферол по 30 мг/день. Курс лечени продолжалс 15 дней. В стационаре больному назначили преднизолон, гепарин, антибиотики , курантил. Дополнительно вводили унитиол по 5 мл в/м ежедневно и альфа-токоферол по 75 мг/сутки. Курс лечени длилс 20 дней. Улучшение состо ни наступило быстро. Симптомы обострени были купированы уже к 16 дню лечени .
