1 1 The invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely torsion springs. According to the main author. St. No. 956860 is known spring, torsion, comprising a housing, axially movable axially and fixed supports and elastic rod, one end of which is fixed in the movable support, and the other end in the stationary, while the movable support is in the form of a sleeve, on the outer surface of the thread and the flange, which interacts with the inner surface of the housing, the movement unit of the movable support, made in the form of a nut, installed in the housing and interacting with the thread of the sleeve, and the lid, interacting with the nut and rpusom l. A disadvantage of the known torsion spring is that, when adjusting the stiffness of the elastic rod, a constant static position of the spring-loaded mass is not ensured. The purpose of the invention is to provide a constant static position of the spring-loaded mass at any working length of the elastic rod. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a torsion spring containing a body coaxially mounted therein are fixed and movable in the axial direction of the support and an elastic rod, one end of which is fixed in the movable support and the other in the fixed one. At the same time, the movable support is made in the form of a sleeve, having on the outer surface a thread and a flange interacting with the inner surface of the housing, a moving assembly of the movable support made in the form of a nut installed in the housing and interacting with the thread of the sleeve, and clamps interacting with the nut And the body, the splines are made on the flange along a helical line, the angle between which the tangent and the generator i opnyca is equal to the angle of shear from the static load. FIG. Figure 1 shows the torsion spring, general view, longitudinal section. in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. 1 in FIG. 3 - scan splines. 2 The torsion spring comprises a housing 1, a movable support coaxially mounted therein, made in the form of a sleeve 2 with a thread on the outer surface and a flange 3 and a fixed support consisting of an anti-friction sleeve and a plug 5 screwed into the case, an elastic rod 6, one the end of which is fixed in the sleeve 2, and the other in the plug 5, the movable support displacement assembly, made in the form of a nut 7 installed in the housing and cooperating with the thread of the sleeve 2, and the cover 8 interacting with the nut 7 and the housing 1. Key 8 keeps nut 7 from axially go moving. At one end of the rod 6 there is a lever 9, designed to be connected to a load device (not shown). On the inner surface of the housing 1 and on the flange 3 of the sleeve 2, the slots 10 are cut, made along a helical line, tangent to which makes an angle v with the body forming the body equal to the shear angle from the static load. The torsion spring works as follows. When a static load of the lever 9 is loaded, the elastic rod 6 is twisted at an angle equal to the shear angle. Thus, the elastic rod 6 takes the load. During the operation of the spring, the stiffness of the elastic rod 6 is continuously variable. When the nut 7 is rotated, the movable support of the elastic rod 6 moves progressively in the axial direction. As a result, a change in the length of the elastic rod 6 occurs, i.e. spring stiffness changes. Spider connection of the flange 3 of the sleeve 2 of the movable support with the inner surface of the housing 1, made along a helical line. rotation of the movable support at an angle equal to the shear angle from the static load. Thus, the implementation of the splines 10 along a helix on the flange 3 of the bushings 2 and the housing 1 allows for a constant static position of the spring-loaded mass for any working length of the elastic rod 6, i.e. at any position of the movable support.
