1 The invention relates to a hydromashikostroenie, namely to the seals of the shafts of hydraulic pumps. Contact seals are known that contain a sealing element that is located between the casing and the pump shaft. The dryness of these seals is their frequent depressurization in the event of a radial shaft of the shaft and rapid wear of the sealing element when pumping abrasive liquids. Closest to the invention. the technical essence and the achieved result is the sealing unit of the pump shaft containing 4 sealing cuff and the protective sleeve of the shaft .2}. A disadvantage of the known device is one-sided sealing on the fluid side. Therefore, the place of air leaks against the right side, and this reduces the depth of suction and the efficiency of the pump. In addition, if the pumped liquid has mechanical impurities in the form of suspensions and abrasive particles that gradually penetrate the contact surfaces of the cuffs and the shaft, their wear is accelerated. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the pump and increase the service life of the lip seal by preventing abrasive particles from entering the zone of its contact with the protective sleeve. This goal is achieved by the fact that diaphragms mounted on the pump shaft 12 and an additional sealing cuff located opposite to the first one are inserted into the seal assembly of the riasap shaft for pumping abrasive liquids, contents of the sealing sleeve and the opposing first sealing surface of the cuff 12 and contacting with the membranes. The drawing shows an optional assembly. Sealing pump shaft assembly for; transfer of abrasive fluids contains an uplt cuff 1, a protective sleeve 2 of the shaft, membranes 3 and 4 mounted on the shaft 5 of the pump, and an additional sealing cuff 6 located at the opposed cuff 1, the end surfaces of the cuffs 1 and 6 are in contact with the membranes 3 and 4. works as follows. The fluid pressure affects the cuff 1 from the side of the impeller and seals it, in addition, it also acts on the membrane 3, increasing the density of its contact with the end face of the cuff jaws. In the event of a change in the direction of the pressure drop of the pumped liquid (for example, an increase in the suction depth) from the side of the working wheel, a vacuum is generated. The pressure of the atmosphere tends to equalize the pressure in the working cavity of the pump. Then the opposite of the cuff 6 with its membrane comes into play and prevents air from entering the working cavity. The use of the invention allows to increase the efficiency of the pump by eliminating air leaks and increase the service life of the lip seal by preventing the abrasive particles from entering the zone of its contact with the protective sleeve.
