Abstract
A COOLING METHOD FOR NATURAL GAS, including lifting gas through the tubular cavity of a well, cooling the gas by lowering its pressure to form condensate, separating gas and liquid, and revealing that, in order to improve the cooling capacity and simplify processes, pumped liquid is continuously pumped into the annular cavity of the well which is lifted to the surface by a gas stream, separated from the gas and re-injected into the annular cavity of the well. The invention relates to a cooling technique and can be used in the production of hydrocarbon gases.
The purpose of the invention is to increase cooling capacity and simplify processes.
The drawing is a schematic diagram of the method for cooling natural gas.
3.Fluid from separator 1 is pumped into pumphole cavity 3 by pump 2. Fluid flows under the action of gravitational forces to the bottom of the well, where it mixes with the gas flow and rises through the pump-compressor pipes 4 (pipe cavity) to the surface. In separator 1, the fluid is separated from the gas, which is removed from the system, and the fluid is pumped by pump 2 into the annular cavity of the well 3 again.
When moving along tubing pipes, the gas flow is cooled due to the energy expended in overcoming the friction forces and due to the completion of work on the rise of the injected fluid. As you cool
газового, потока происходит понижение температуры и жидкости, котора пр мотоком двигаетс совместно с газом.gas flow, a decrease in temperature and a liquid, which moves along with the gas in a coil.
The cooling capacity of a system is determined primarily by the amount of fluid circulating in the sietem: separator-pump-well.
In the proposed method, the gas well also plays the role of a regenerative heat exchanger, since the cooled liquid flows through the annular cavity of the well, and the gas-flow mixture rises through the pump-compressor tubes.
Example. In the well with a depth of 1000 m, having a gas flow rate of 200 thousand meters per day. The temperature of the gas at the bottom of 100 ° C and the pressure of 100 kgf / cm are injected with a liquid with a specific weight of 1000 kg / m in an amount of 20 m in 100 UT. After separation in the separator, the cooled liquid is pumped back into the annular cavity of the well.
With a pressure in the separator of 80 kgf / cm, a cooled gas is obtained with a temperature from 0 to -15 s.
