Description

The invention relates to devices for separating water from fish from fish-breeding pulp.

In the known devices, having the form of a cylindrical body with a perforated discharge pipe mounted in it, the water is separated from the fish by conical plates, and the pressure is controlled by fitting to a pressure pipe made in the form of a telescopic pipe that closes when the perforated discharge pipe is extended.

Water traps are also known in the form of a curved grooved grid mounted on a fish pump or pressure hose from it.

In the described invention, the pressure pipe built into the rectangular case is made in the form of a double-bent pipe, the lower end of which is removed from the case and fixed V by means of a flange on the fish pump, and the upper end is connected to an inclined, also perforated, surface that serves to drain fish and the final separation of water from it. A rotary valve is installed in the water outlet pipe with the control handle on the device body.

Such an embodiment of the device gives a greater compactness, simplifies the design and, in addition, reduces the possibility of injuries to the fish, as can be the case during transshipments of fish along cone plates in known water separators.

The drawing shows the device: a general view of the plan, in section along the BB line and along the AOA line.

The device consists of a rectangular case / welded structure mounted in it a perforated pressure pipe 2 and an inclined, also perforated, surface 3.

The tube 2 has a rectangular cross section and a curved S-shape. The lower end of the pipe is removed from the housing and is provided with a flange 4, with which the device is attached to the discharge pipe of the fish pump.

The upper end of the pipe 2 is connected to the inclined surface 3 by means of a notch 5 on it.

The inner part of the device is divided by a blank wall 6, bent at an angle. The lower part of the housing 1 is provided with a drain nozzle 7, the cross section of which is adjusted by the flap 8 using the handle P and the sector 10.

In operation, the mixture of water and fish in the form of pulp enters the pressure pipe 2, where most of the water separates and is removed through the drain pipe 7. For normal operation, it is necessary that the fish leave pipe 2 with a small amount of water. For this, water separation in the pressure pipe is reduced by overlapping the valve 8. The fish leaving the pipe is completely separated from the water on the inclined surface 5 and leaves the window 11 located in the side wall of the body above the lower end of the surface 3. Separated water is on it through the window 12 in the front wall of the housing and the window 13 in the upper part of the discharge nozzle 7, with the help of the latter, leaves the device. Such a structure makes it easier to regulate the pressure of the pulp and the flow of water separated from the fish.

A device for separating water from fish in the form of a body, equipped with a pressure pipe with a perforated surface, a drainage pipe and a regulating head device, characterized by a body1, which, for the purpose of greater compactness and simplification of the structure, a pressure pipe built into the straight body: a double-bent pipe, the lower end of which is removed from the body and fixed by a flange on the fish pump, and the upper end is connected to an inclined, also perforated, surface that serves to drain yby and final separation of the water therefrom. 2. The form of the device according to claim 1, characterized in that, in order to regulate the pressure of the pulp and the flow of the separated water, a rotary valve with a control knob on the device body is installed in the water outlet pipe.
