The invention relates to a pulse tekinke and can be used to compare the amplitudes of short pulses in various measuring devices, such as devices for the functional control of microchips. The aim of the invention is to increase the speed and sensitivity by reducing the time to establish a voltage on the screen. The drawing shows a functional diagram of the anaphogue comparator. The second field-effect transistor 1 and the drain of the second field-effect transistor 2, to which the generator 3 current is connected to the drain, are connected to the outputs of the load resistors 4 and 5, respectively, through the series-connected first optocoupler 6, consisting of an LED 7 and two photodiodes 8 and a second optron 10 the two photodiodes 12 and 13 consisting of the tin LED and the second input of the second optocoupler are connected to the output of the current-carrying resistor 14, while the emitter of the second p-li-p-transistor 15 is connected to the collector of the first p-p transistor 16 of the first emitter will repeat Ate, and a second pc of the p transistor 17 is connected to the collection of the first p – p p transistor 18 of the second emitter follower; in this case, the collector of the first p – p –transistor 19 is connected to the emitter of the second p – p transistor 20 of the first emitter a repeater and the emitter of the first p - p - p-transistor 21 is connected to the collector of the second p - p p-transistor 22 of the second emitter follower, while the bases of the second p-p-ir-p-p transistors 19, 21, 15 and 17 of the first and second emitter followers are connected respectively via zener diodes 23, 24, 25 and 26 to the common point The cameras of the first and second stabilizing resistors 27, 28 and 29, 30 and directly to the current sources 31-34, and the common points of the current stabilizing resistors 27, 28 to 29, 30 are connected to the output buses 35 and 36, respectively, and the gates of the field-effect transistors 1 and 2 are connected to the input buses 37 and 38, respectively, with the first power bus 39 connected to the collectors of n - p - n transistors 19 and 21, and the second bus 40 of power to the collectors of p - n - p transistors .15 and 17, respectively. The analog comparator works in a noticeable way. Compared voltages are fed to the input bus 37 of the first field-effect transistor 1 and to the input busbar 38 of the second field-effect transistor 2. One of the field-effect transistors (for example, 1) opens, and the second field-effect transistor (in this case 2) closes. The voltage on the drains of these field effect transistors varies in proportion to the difference in input voltages. The load of the field-effect transistor 1 is a series-connected load resistor 4 and photodiodes 8 and 12, as well as complex emitter repeaters on the additional transistors p - n - p-type 15 and 16 and p - p - p-type 19 and 20. field-effect transistor 2, respectively, series-connected load resistor 5 and photodiodes 9 and 13, as well as complex emitter repeaters on p-n-p-type 17 and 18 and n-p-n-type 21 and 22 transistors. Initial bias on transistors 16, 20, and 18, 22 is set by the current supply resistor 14. The current, the magnitude of which is given by resistor 14, flowed through series-connected LEDs 7 and 11, photo-emf on photodiodes 8, 9, and 12, 13 appears; the greater the current, the greater the photo and, accordingly, the initial bias voltage change on the bases of the transistors 16, 20 and 18 , 22 is repeated on the emulters of these transistors and, accordingly, on the output buses 36 and 37. This change in voltage across the Zener diodes 23, 24 and 25, 26 enters the bases of the corresponding transistors 15, 19 and 17, 21 and correspondingly emitters connected to the collectors of transistors 16, 20 and 18, 22. Such a connection ix transistors allows the container to compensate the collector - the base of transistors 16, 2, and 18 -22. Using the operation of transistor 16 as an example, let us consider in more detail the compensation process of a collector of p bases The change in voltage at the base of transistor 16 is repeated in the eutter of the same transistor (n & voltage is shifted in level by 5 V for silicon transistors and l-0, 1 B for germanium). This voltage variation through the differential resistance of Zener diode 2 enters the base of transistor 15. The voltage variation at the base of transistor 15 is repeated in the emitter of this transistor 16, the limiting amplification frequency of these transistors is much higher than the operating frequency band of the comparator. In this case, the response delay of the transistors can be neglected and assume that the voltage on the base, emitter and collector of transistors 16 and 20 (18 and 22) varies simultaneously and with the same amplitude. As a result, the voltage on the base and collector of transistors 16 and 20 (18 and 22) changes in phase, i.e. the shape, polarity and amplitude of the voltage on the collector are the same as on the base. Thus, at any time, the voltage difference between the base and collector of transistors 16 and 20 (18 and 22) remains constant, equal to the voltage stabilizing a hundred; bilitrons 23 and 24 (25 and 26), and recharge of the reservoir tank — the base does not occur. The equivalent collector capacitance of each of the transistors 16, 20 and 18, 22 is 0.1 collector capacitance, is the base, and the equivalent emitter capacitance is 0.05 emitter capacitance. Thus, the proposed analog comparator allows one to obtain a faster response than the known comparator while maintaining high sensitivity, which makes it possible to use the proposed analog comparator in instruments for measuring parameters of short pulses with a high tracking frequency (up to 300 MHz). The measurement error is reduced. In the technical implementation of an analog comparator, parasitic capacitances may appear in the drain circuits of field-effect transistors 1 and 2. The effect of the parasitic mounting capacitance can be reduced by introducing an electrical screen covering the drain circuit of transistor 1 - base of transistor 1 6 - photodiodes 8 and 12 - the base of the transistor 20 in one shoulder. Dialogue chain in the other shoulder. In this case, the screens must be connected to the outputs of the comparator. To ensure the passage of light from the LEDs 7 and 11, the screens must be mesh or made of transparent tin oxide. The screen action is as follows. The output resistances of the comparator have small values, therefore the time constant for setting the voltage on the screen connected to the output buses is shorter than the time needed for establishing the useful signal, i.e. the time constant of setting the voltage on the screen can be disregarded and it is believed that the voltage on the screen changes in the same way as in the drains of transistors 1 and 2, almost without delay. Thus, the voltage between the screens covered by the chains does not change in time; the capacity is not recharged between the screen and the covered chain. Thus, if the parasitic capacitance of the assembly was formed during the manufacture of the analog comparator, it is advisable to apply circuit wrenching and connect the screen to the output to increase the speed of the comparator.
