Description
1 1 The invention relates to the construction, in particular, to devices for the formation of drains in the ground during the excavation of excavations and other underground workings. The purpose of the invention is to increase the drain capacity of drains. FIG. 1 shows a well monitor, a longitudinal section; in FIG. 2, section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3, node I in FIG. one; in fig. And - the pulp taking away device, longitudinal section; in fig. 5 shows a section B-B in FIG. four; in fig. 6-11 - successive stages of device operation. The device for forming vertical slotted drains contains a three-component downhole monitor 1 and a pulp removal device 2. The three-component downhole monitor t includes a tubular body 3 with a pin 4, side nozzles 5 and end nozzles 6. The body 1 accommodates tubular channels 7-9 for feeding a filter material with side outlet openings below the nozzles 5 for supplying water to the side nozzles 5 for supplying water to the end nozzles 6, respectively. Side nozzles 5 have nozzles 10 for water and 11 dp air concentric with them concentric with it. The pulp removal device 2 includes a perforated tubular body 12 with a tip 13 and two longitudinal partitions 14 forming the middle and outer compartments in the body 12. In the middle compartment are jetting devices 15 and a pipe 16 extending into the holes in the tip 13. In one of the extreme compartments The housing 12 houses a water jet pump 17 with a feed 18 and a discharge pipe 19. The device works as follows. They are immersed in the ground with a water-washing pulp-removal device 2, orienting it with partitions 14 perpendicular to the plane of the slit drain and supplying water to the hydromonitors 15. In one of the extreme compartments of the housing 1, they lower the water-jet pump with port 18 and discharge pipe 19. At a predetermined distance from the pulp-removal device 2, the well monitor 1 is immersed into the ground with water washing, orienting it with nozzles 5 in the direction of adaptation 2 and supplying water to the end nozzles 6 through channels 9. When reaching a predetermined depth to the side nozzles 5, water is supplied through channel 8 and compressed air through the housing 3, after which the water flow to the end nozzles 6 is stopped. Water-air jets flowing out of the side nozzles 5 soften a cavern in the ground that extends to the extreme compartment of the pulp-removal device 2. Through the pipeline 18 supply water to the water jet pump 17, which pumps the pulp entering the perforated body 12. Then synchronously lift the monitor 1 and the pump 17, while feeding into the channel 7 of the monitor 1 a slurry of granular filter material. As a result, a slot filled with filtering material is formed in the ground between the monitor 1 and the pulp removal device 2. At the end of the construction of the first grab drain grab, the monitor 1 is immersed in the ground on the opposite side of the pulp-removal device 2, into the Other extreme compartment of which the pump 17 is lowered and, similarly to the previous one, the second grab drain grab is installed. Then pulp removal device 2 is removed from the ground, while feeding filter material through the channel 16. To protect the filter material from eroded soil, it is advisable to use the monitor 1 with two side nozzles 5, one above the other. In this case, the upper stream blurs and displaces the soil, while the lower one moves the part of the soil particles that falls out of the upper stream. The operation of the proposed device ensures the removal of soil from the eroded slot and the placement of filter material in it, which increases the throughput of the vertical slot drain.
