Из ОСНОВНОГО авт. св. № 76954 известна схема центробежной сортировально-зерноочистительной машины, у которой разделение зерен по удельному весу во вращающемс цилиндрическом роторе происходит под воздействием центробежных сил и перемешивани зерен лопаст ми сепарационного барабана, имеющего другую скорость вращени , но сравнению с ротором.From the main auth. Рабоча часть машины состоит из крышки с диском /, цилиндрического ротора 2, тарелки 3, разделительного кольца 4, корпуса 5 с днищем 6 и щкива 7. Тарелка в корнусе центрифуги устанавливаетс в двух щариковых иодщипниках. Корпус соедин етс с двум ползунами 5,и каждый из них перемещаетс в двух бронзовых втулках, запрессованных в детали 9. К днищу корпуса крепитс щатун 10 вибратора 11. Соединение тарелки с ротором производитс с помощью резьбы. В верхней части ротора размещаетс крыщка с диском /. Внутренн поверхность рабочего цилиндра оснащена шипами-рыхлител ми 12, расположенными по закону многозаходного винта. Вращение ротора с тарелкой обеспечиваетс шкивом посредством плоского ремн . Колебание ротора осуществл етс вибратором через щатун, а направленность колебаний достигаетс ползунами.
