Использование предлагаемой установки дл исследовани абразивного износа, в которой радиальные каналы в роторе вьшолнены на разных высотах по вертикали, позвол ет получать достоверные сведени об износостойкости различных материалов , особенно тех, которые имеют поверхностные упрочн ющие покрыти .1 The invention relates to a testing technique and can be used to test materials for abrasive wear. A known installation for testing materials for abrasive wear, comprising a housing, an abrasive hopper, a rotor with radial channels, a rotational drive of the rotor, and sample holders 1P. A disadvantage of the known installation is that the abrasive jet taken out of the channel has a non-uniform density in cross section. The central region of the jet is more dense, and the peripheral area is sparse. All this contributes to the uneven wear of the samples. The non-uniformity of wear leads to the fact that the calculation of the specific wear resistance of samples by the gravimetric method gives a large error, especially for surface-strengthened samples, the wear properties of which depend on the distance of the wear layers from the surface. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the tests. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the Test Equipment for abrasive wear, which includes a housing, an abrasive hopper, a rotor with radial channels, a drive for rotating the rotor and sample holders, the radial channels into the rotor are made at different heights in the vertical direction. Fig. 1 is a schematic of an installation for testing abrasive materials; in fig. 2 - installation rotor, top view The installation includes a housing 1, a bun ker 2 storing abrasive material O2 la, a calibrated nozzle 3 limiting the amount of abrasive discharged from hopper 2 per unit of time, a rotor 4 mounted in bearings and rotated by a drive. The rotor 4 has radial channels 5-8, the horizontal axes of which are located at different heights h ,, hj, hj and h, relative to the horizontal axis of symmetry of the rotor and the axis of symmetry of the sample coinciding with it, samples 9 and sample holders 10. The installation works as follows. The abrasive particles from the hopper 2 fall through the calibrated nozzle 3 into the central hole of the rotor 4. Under the influence of centrifugal force, the abrasive particles are accelerated in the channels 5-8 of the rotor located at different heights vertically, and wear them evenly the whole area. The correct choice of the distance between the axes of the channels 5-8 of the rotor 4 can be made vertically taking into account the vertical size of sample 9, the number of radial channels and the fact that the density of the abrasive flow in the cross section is described by a parabolic dependence. The use of the proposed facility for the study of abrasive wear, in which the radial channels in the rotor are filled at different heights in the vertical, provides reliable information about the wear resistance of various materials, especially those that have surface reinforcement coatings.
