It can be used in various industries of the chemical, paint and varnish and other industries. A vibration mixer is known, comprising a bed, fixed cross-section pipelines, provided with inserts of elastic material and devices for local variation in their cross-section. As the fluid passes through the pipelines, vibration of the base of the bed is created, which is transferred to the liquid to mix the SP. The disadvantage of such a device is that the mixing takes place on the stretch of the elastic insert. This explains the extremely low mixing efficiency with the complex design of the device. The closest to the invention to the technical essence is a mixer, comprising a housing, inside which is placed a mixing device, made in the form of flexible blades -connected to a pressure source and nozzles for input and output of components 2j. The disadvantage of the mixer is weak mixing of the components. The purpose of the invention is to intensify the mixing process by eliminating stagnant zones. The target is achieved by the fact that the mixer, comprising a housing inside which is placed a mixing device made in the form of flexible blades connected to a pressure source and nozzles for input and output of components, is positioned between a pressure source and flexible blades pulsating. and a pulsator made in the form of a cylindrical chamber with a lid H a bottom with openings in which flexible blades made C-shaped are connected underneath. The pulsating organ is made in the form of open ends of glasses, set in height and facing one another, interconnected by means of a bellows, and equipped with a disk fixed on the yoke, located under the bottom glass. Flexible blades are equipped with flexible plates. 66 FIG. 1 shows a mixer, a general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a sketch of an element of a C-shaped mixing organ; in fig. 4 shows a pulsating organ in FIG. 5; a pulsating organ; a slit; The mixer includes a housing 1 inside which there is an agitator mounted in the form of flexible blades 2 connected to a pressure source 3 with branch pipes 4 for input and output of components; between the source of pressure 3 and the flexible blades 2 a pulsator with a pulsating body 5, executing in the form of a cylindrical chamber with a lid 6 and a bottom 7 with openings, in which C-shaped flexible blades 2 are connected and a pulse The steering body 5, made in the form of installed: in height and facing each other, open the ends of the glasses 8, interconnected by means of the bellows 9, and is equipped with a disk 11 mounted on the yoke 10 placed under the bottom glass 8, and the flexible blades 2 are equipped with flexible plates 12. The outer surface of the C-shaped elastic mixing elements is provided with flexible plates 12 to shape and the required elasticity. 12. Pressurized gas or liquid is supplied to the internal cavities of the flexible blades 2 and to the pulsating op. Gun 5 occurs through the source 3. and the holes in the bottom 7. The mixer works as follows. The source components are fed into the housing 1 through the nozzle 4, and into the internal cavities of the flexible blades 2 and into the pulsating organ 5, the air or fluid from the pressure source 3 is compressed. Under the influence of pressure, the flexible blades 2 are deflected, and the movable cup 8 together with the stirring disk 11 moves upwards, after which the pressure is released and the mixing elements return to their original position, which is also facilitated by the flexible plates 12. Simultaneously interleaving the disk t1 due to the bellows 9 pulsing organ 5 is lowered to its former position. Thus, the change in pressure in the pulsating organ sets the flexible blades 2 in motion and informs the reciprocating movement of the disk 11. The frequency of movement of the flexible blades and the extent of their deflection and initial position is determined by the frequency of the pulsator and the value of pressure at source 3 pressure. The nature of the movement of flexible blades, their C-shape in combination with the movement of the disk, create multidirectional circulation flows in mutually perpendicular directions. The direction of movement of the flows changes during each feeding and discharge cycle, and with increasing pressure flows flow down along the bending surfaces. blades, as a result of which a vortex zone with upward flows of liquid appears in the lower part of the body, and the movement of the mixing dnska creates a pumping effect that causes the liquid to move in the upper hour s body mixer. When the pressure in the internal cavities of the i-iiOKHX blades and, accordingly, in the pulsating organ, the direction of flow is reversed, the dimensions of the flexible blades, made C-shaped, are determined by the geometric parameters of the body: the height of the flexible blade is 058-0.9 of the body length, and width is determined by the ratio, 5 V, where O is the size of the lower base of the blade, B is the size of the upper base.
