Description
The invention relates to the field of medicine and medical technology and concerns the treatment of human diseases by exposure to biologically active points.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the exposure time.
The method is carried out as follows.
First, detect biologically active points. For this, the point location is approximately determined from the existing atlases. Final detection is performed by inserting electrodes at the location to be performed and registering action pulses. When recording impulses from deep tissue layers, standard steel needles for acupuncture with a diameter of 0.25 mm, electrolytically sharpened and covered with fluoroplastic along the entire length, with the exception of the tip of 20-50 mm, are used as electrodes. At the same time, one of the electrodes, indifferent, is introduced into the subcutaneous layer 2-3 mm and 1.10 mm lateral to the meridian. In all cases of the immersion of acupuncture needle electrodes, the method of insertion by slow rotational movements is used, using the perpendicular direction of the injection. As the moment to hit the point, the moment of generation of the action pulses is fixed. In this case, the occurrence of two pulse sequences is possible: short pulse pulses (duration, 3-0.7 ms), frequency Hz and amplitude V 300-700 µV) and long pulse pulses (duration, 0-3.0 ms, frequency f 4 -400 Hz and amplitude V 100-300 µV). These impulses occur only when they hit the acupuncture point.
They correspond to the usual subjective sensations of the patient.
The moment of hitting the point is recorded by the appearance of long impulses of action. The actions themselves also form, depending on the parameters of these long action pulses, having a duration of 0.2-3.0 ms. As an influence, electric current pulses with a duration of 0.8 to 1.2 times the duration of a positive wave of long action pulses, an amplitude of at least the amplitude of long action pulses and a voltage of 1-2 mV, are used. These pulses are fed to the same electrodes, with the help of which acupuncture points were detected with a delay of no more than 2 ms
после окончани длинных импульсов действи .after the termination of long pulses of action.
