The invention relates to a drying technique and can be used in chemical and other industries / in the preparation of products in granular form by spraying a solution on solid particles. The aim of the invention is to intensify the granulation process and improve the quality of drying when processing polydisperse materials. FIG. 1 schematically shows a dryer, a general view; figure 2 - section aa in Fig, 1 (the layout of the Kame in line); on fig.Z - the same {arrangement of cameras in a circle). . The dryer contains interconnected along the side surfaces and made in the form of truncated cones of chamber 1-3, nozzles 4 for feeding the dryer of dried material installed in a vertical plane passing through the interface lines of the chambers located on the inner surface of the cone the central chamber 2 of the spiral guide 5 and the return screw 6 mounted along the axis of the chamber 2, the tangential nozzles .7 for the inlet and the nozzle 8 for the output of the coolant from the dryer, the bunker 9 for collecting and unloading the finished product are installed e along the axes of chambers 1 and 3, funnels 10 for loading, through them, a filler or retur of small particles into a dryer. The dryer works as follows. The filler (or retur) is loaded into chambers 1 and 3 through the funnels 10. Through the nozzles 7, connected to the chambers through the slit inlets, a heat carrier is heated to a predetermined temperature, and the initial solution is sprayed through the nozzles 4. Particles of the filler (or retura) are twisted with the heat carrier flow and, interacting with the torch created by the nozzles 4, coarsen and move in the mode of the vortex layer downward in the direction of the discharge bin 9. With ems in each section of the chambers 1 and 3 the speed of the heat carrier is 2-3 times the soaring speed of the particles, since particles of only a certain size rotate in them, and as the granules increase, they gradually descend down the chambers 1 and 3 and then are discharged through the hopper 9. Flows of the heat transfer fluid fed to chambers 1 and 3 opposite directions (downstream and counterclockwise), falling into the central chamber 2, also create in it a rotating flow of aerosolves, meeting the flows circulating in chambers 1 and 3 along all lines of their conjugation, ensuring multiple circulation of particles from cone into cone. When a solution is sprayed onto solid particles, their mass increases, and they sink to a lower level until they dry out, their mass does not decrease, and they again cannot rise to a higher level. In this way, repeated circulation of solid particles in the spray zone is carried out, with the result that at the exit from the bunker 9, the ready product is obtained in the form of granules of a monodisperse composition. In the central chamber 2, fine particles, spiraling up, with a spray gun built up and enlarged, and under the action of inertial forces, enter the side chambers 1 and 3, where they are further expanded and dried. The spiral guide 5 and the return screw b, placed in chamber 2, contribute to the formation of a swirling flow in this chamber and an increase in the residence time of small particles in the areas of the spray pattern. The layout solution of the dryer in accordance with FIG. 3 is advisable to use when drying and granulating bulk materials.
