Description

The penetration of deaf mines of a small section is hampered by the need to install ventilation pipes. Airing with compressed air by directly releasing it from the network is very uneconomical, since it requires significant energy consumption for compressing air, and cannot be used in the development of deposits in which congestion in the production of poisonous gases is possible.

To eliminate these drawbacks, the air in the excavation is proposed to be divided into two layers with different temperatures by using the effect of temperature separation of compressed air in the vortex tube while simultaneously moving these layers in different directions by ejection of jets emanating from the vortex tube.

The drawing shows a diagram of the ventilation of horizontal and vertical workings of the proposed method.

9.In the generation / installation of the vortex tube 2 with two nozzles 3. And 4, through which cold 5 (with an initial temperature of -40 °) and hot 6 (with an initial temperature of + 60 °) air jets are ejected into the production. As a result, some temperature difference is created in the air layer in the excavation and it is divided into cold 7 and warm 8 layers, which are placed in opposite directions, providing fresh air to the face 9.

При проветривании глухой горизонтальной выработки холодный слой воздуха перемещаетс  у почвы в на1Правлении к забою, а теплый слой - у кровли в направлении от забо .When airing a deaf horizontal excavation, the cold air layer moves near the soil in the direction of the slaughter, and the warm layer moves off the roof from the bottom to the roof.

When airing a deaf vertical generation, the air in it is divided into warm in one half and cold in the other while simultaneously moving warm air to the slaughter and cold air from the bottom of the mine.

Subject invention

The method of airing deaf mines, characterized in that, in order to break the ventilation efficiency, the air in the mine is separated by using the effect of temperature separation of compressed air in the vortex tube into two layers with different temperatures while simultaneously moving these layers in different directions by jet ejection, flowing out of the vortex tube.
