13,8-vj The invention relates to methods for producing a hydrogen-containing gas by converting methanol or its aqueous solutions and can be used in transport engineering. There is a method of thermochemical treatment of liquid combustible materials onboard a transport medium using exhaust heat, pursuing two goals: converting the fuel into a gas mixture containing free hydrogen, and increasing the calorific value of the conversion products as compared to the original fuel. concentration of free hydrogen in products: + H, jO CO + ZN The method is implemented at 500-520 K in the presence of a catalyst and contains two main reactions: CHjOH with + 2Hj CO + HgO CO + H latter of them proceeds with vyde leniem 41.2 kJ per mol methanol reactant SONedostatkom known method in L is the need for additional heat consumption in the evaporation of the reaction water reaches the overheating / 48.9 kJ per mol methanol, i.e. completely absorbs exothermic warmth. In addition, onboard it is necessary to have a reserve of reaction water, which reduces the fuel tank's energy consumption by 30% and, accordingly, the vehicle mileage. The closest to the proposed method is methanol conversion, according to which one part of methanol is sent to an oxide catalyst for methanol synthesis, where it decomposes at 570-670 K to carbon monoxide and hydrogen, and six parts to dehydrate at 470-670 K in the presence of g-alumina to dimethyl ether: 2CH3OH (CH), 0 + As a result of the dehydration reaction, 20.6 kJ of heat is used to support the previous endothermic reaction. As a result, the net endothermic effect of the reaction is reduced to 3.3 kJ per mole of reactive methanol: 7CH3 (CHj) J0. + 3Hj 0 + CO + 2Hj 2. The disadvantage of this method is the low yield of free hydrogen (12.5%). In addition, for the production of hydrogen, the stage of high-temperature endothermic conversion of methanol is maintained, preventing the use of the transport method. The purpose of the invention is. increase fuel efficiency of the target product. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of producing hydrogen-containing gas, including catalytic conversion of methanol or its aqueous solutions at elevated temperatures, the conversion is carried out in two stages, the first of which is carried out at 410-460 K in the presence of H-erionite, and the second - at 445520 K in the presence of an oxide copper zinc-aluminum catalyst for methanol synthesis, using H-erionite composition (0.02-0.004) Ma ,, 0 x (0.34-0.16) K20., 4 SiOj. . The proposed method improves the output of free hydrogen from 12.5 to 38% and the fuel efficiency of hydrogen-containing gas by 8.6%. Example 1. Methanol contacts in the first stage with H-erionite at 440 K and a space velocity of 1000 h, the intermediate product is then contacted with the catalyst СНМ-1 at 480 K. The composition of the obtained product, vol. %: Methanol 12.5 Dimethyl ether 47.4 Remaining CO, water up to 100. The first stage is carried out under conditions of measure 1. The intermediate product is then contacted at 520 K and a space velocity of 1000 hours with the catalyst CHM-1. The composition of the obtained product, vol.%: Dimethyl ether 13.8
