The invention relates to hydraulic installations for dynamic loading, for example, during physical and mechanical testing of specimens, various devices (for example, mine supports), and forging and stamping machines. A known hydraulic actuator for dynamic loading contains a receiver and an exciter having a housing and a brush with a brush mounted in the housing to form a working cavity and a control cavity associated with the supply channels with the receiver 1. A disadvantage of a true drive is the impossibility of adjusting the speed of the piston of the vibration exciter and the lack adjusting the volume of the receiver and, therefore, adjusting the stiffness, which does not allow studying the exorbitant characteristics of fragile materials during dynamic st x loading. The aim of the invention is to expand the range of adjustment of the rigidity of the hydraulic drive, as well as increase speed. This goal is achieved by the fact that the hydraulic actuator for dynamic loading, comprising a receiver and a vibration exciter, having a housing and a brush with a brush, mounted in the housing to form a working cavity and a control cavity connected to the supply channels with the receiver, is equipped with a speed regulator installed in the supply channel pressure in the working cavity, and the locking element installed in the pressure supply channel into the control cavity, the housing of the vibration exciter is mounted concentric in the internal cavity of the receiver, and The speed limiter is made in the form of a rotatable sleeve with a window on the side surface, which encloses the case and is installed with the possibility of adjusting the flow area of the channel for supplying pressure to the working cavity. In addition, the exciter and receiver are made with the following ratios of their sizes, OK V20p; Dp V3Dn, where DK is the inner diameter of the housing of the vibration exciter; Dp is the inner diameter of the receiver; Dn-piston diameter. FIG. 1 shows a hydraulic drive, a general view; in fig. 2 - case of vibration exciter with speed control, in section. The hydraulic actuator contains a receiver 1 with a cover 2 mounted on the thread with the possibility of changing the volume of the receiver 1 and the cover 3, and a vibration exciter (not indicated). The vibration exciter has a housing 4 and a piston 5 with a rod 6 mounted in the housing 4 with the formation of a working cavity 7 and a control cavity 8. The housing 4 of the vibration exciter is fixed on the cover 3 of the receiver. The working cavity 7 communicates with the receiver 1 through channel 9 in the housing 4, and the control cavity 8 communicates with the receiver 1 through channel 10, which is provided with a locking element 11. A speed controller is installed in the exciter housing 4, made in the form of a rotary sleeve 12 with windows 13 enclosing the housing 4. The locking element 11 has a rod 14 and a screw 15. A gear wheel 16 is fixed on the rod 14 and cooperates with the toothed ends of the sleeve 12 to rotate the sleeve 12. The hydraulic drive works as follows. Turning the rod 14 adjusts the flow area for stiffness in the sleeve 12 and the housing 4 and, accordingly, the flow rate of the fluid to the end face of the piston 5. The latter is brought to contact with the housing 4. The volume of the receiver 1 is adjusted. Since the diameter of the piston 5 is circumferentially sealed 6, the pressure of the working medium presses the piston 5 to the housing 4. Opening the locking element 11, the control pressure from the receiver 1 is fed through the channel 10 to the control cavity 8. In this case, the piston 5 is detached from the housing 4 and the working medium from the high pressure cavity of the receiver 1 through the window 13 and the channel 9 leaks under the piston 5 and pushes it out, making a working stroke at a predetermined speed determined by the hydraulic resistance of the channel 9. The area of all The channels to the end of the piston 5 must be equal to the area of the end of the piston 5, while ensuring the minimum hydraulic resistance of the channels and the maximum speed of movement of the piston 5. The internal diameter of the piston 4 of the vibration exciter should be be Pn, where Dn - diameter porschn, then the area of the annular inlet channel 9 is present an end area of the piston 5. The same requirement for the window 13 leads to the fact that the inner diameter of the receiver is Uz Dn. The maximum size of the channel 9 and the window 13 is also chosen equal to the area of the end face of the squash 5. The proposed device allows to obtain a high loading rate, which allows one to study the exorbitant characteristics of fragile materials such as rocks.
