разделки 20 i. Ltd. The invention relates to the technology of welding production and can be used when welding with fusible electrode ring-welded seams into narrow cutting of multilayer pipes and high-pressure vessels in chemical engineering, power engineering, nuclear engineering and other industrial sectors. A known method of welding annular welds of large-sized multi-layer high-pressure vessels, along which the ends of multi-layer shells are welded with a layer of SP metal before welding. The disadvantage of this method is the high cost of vessels, which is associated with additional laboriousness in machining, surfacing and quality control of the deposited layer, and the high consumption of welding materials for surfacing. There is also known a method of welding multilayer products by multi-pass welding of molten metal between opposite ends of multilayer products, in which sequential passes are performed at an acute angle to the contacting surfaces of layers of multilayer products t. The disadvantage of this method is that welding is performed short passes, equal and slightly more than the wall thickness. When the process is continuously conducted due to the low cooling rate during the crystallization of the weld metal, grain coarsening occurs, which negatively affects the quality of high pressure vessels. In addition, process stops are required to remove slag, which reduces the productivity of the welding process. The closest to the present invention is a method of welding annular stacks of multi-layer shells, including the execution of edge cutting and multi-layer welding with a fixed electrode with simultaneous rotation of shells 3. A disadvantage of the known method is that when performing flux welding, the liquid metal drains both surfaces seagulls, which leads to the appearance of undesirable defects that can lead to the destruction of the shell during its operation. The purpose of the invention is to ensure the quality of the welded joint produced by submerged arc welding. To achieve this goal, according to the method of welding annular joints of multi-layer shells, including cutting edges and multi-layer welding with a fixed electrode while rotating shells, when making layers adjacent to the edges of the shells, at least one layer of the sheath intersects the electrode, for which the electrode is displaced from the zenith in the course of rotation of the shells and tilted in the plane of the annular seam in the direction opposite to the rotation of the shells. In addition, the distance between the conil of the electrode and the end of the welded layer of the shell is assumed to be 2.02, 5 of the diameter of the electrode. When the electrode is displaced in the course of the wrapping of the shells of the welding bath, at least one layer of a multi-layer shell intersects in a cylindrical shape, i.e. The head part of the welding bath is applied to the inside of the layer to be welded, and the tail part to the outside of the weldable layer. Therefore, the grooves formed at the head of the weld pool formed by melting, as well as the gap between the weld and the stratum layers, due to their inclination in relation to the weld pool are filled with liquid metal. This eliminates the formation of undercuts in the gaps between the layers of the multilayer shell. The inclination of the welding electrode in the plane of the annular weld to the side, opposite to the direction of rotation of the shells, contributes to the displacement of liquid metal from the head part of the weld pool to its tail part and thus improves the condition of filling the recesses and interlayer gaps. Determining the magnitude of the electrode displacement during rotation of the shells ensures the exact positioning of the weld pool with respect to the layer being welded and reliable retention of the molten slag and the liquid metal bath on the surface of the weld. Since the welding of heat from layer to layer 3 is difficult when welding poly1 .-) layers of E.1x shells, the proposed arrangement of the axis of the electrode at a certain distance (2.0-2.5 diameters beyond the electrode) from the end of the layer being welded reduces the amount of edge fusing the layer being welded makes it permanent, which improves the process of filling the above-mentioned indentations and gaps with the liquid metal. In this case, if the distance between the end of the electrode and the end of the layer being welded is greater than 2.5 the diameter of the electrode, non-fusion will occur if this distance is less than 2.0. electrode diameter — undercuts (grooves) are formed. FIG. Figure 1 shows the location of the electrode with respect to the shell being welded during the welding process (the Alus layer is conventionally not shown); FIG. 2 -. cross-section aa in figure 1. Example. Welded with an annular seam of two multi-layer shells with an inner diameter D of 1200 mm and a wall thickness of 150 mm, wound on rolled steel grades. 10G2S1 1500 mm wide, 3 mm thick. The number of layers 43. The ends of the shell {s have curved bevels at an angle of 4 °, the width at the base of the cutout 20 i. The welding is carried out with the rotation of the shells along the arrow B at a speed of 25 m / h with welding wire CB-08GA & 5 3 mm under flux AH-348A. The welding wire is fed into the zone at a speed of 98 m / h. The welding current strength is chosen from the conditions of the same penetration depth of the layers of multilayer shells for an electrode diameter of 3 mm L 400 A. During the welding process, the electrode is displaced from the zenith C in the course of the shell rotation by the value of L 10.7 mm for the first 20 layers (change in displacement for each this is not taken into account separately). The electrode wire is inclined in the plane 34 of the annular seam in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the shells, at an angle of p 10. After welding the root seam, the first layers are welded in two passes. In this case, the electrode is placed at a distance of 1 from the ends to be welded, equal to 2.0-2.5 diameters of the electrode, in particular for an electrode diameter of 3 mm 1 6-7 mm. With increasing cutting width, each layer is welded in three or more passes. In this case, first impose rollers adjacent to the ends of the welded shells, and then the central rollers. In order to improve the welding performance, the central rollers can be welded at elevated conditions and with the electrode displaced from the zenith against the direction of the wrench; The fully welded annular seam is subjected to radiographic inspection by the BL-35 betatron. Unmeltings, pores, cracks, slag inclusions were not revealed. According to the results of macro- and micro-studies, the structure of the weld metal and the fusion zone of the fine-grained ferritic perlite class. Mechanical properties of metal 45 kgf / d..j. 34 kg / mm, a., 8 kgm / cm. The specified characteristics of the weld meet the requirements of OST -2601-221-80 Multi-layer rolled steel vessels of high pressure. The proposed method allows the automatic submerged-arc welding of multilayer shells of high-pressure vessels without pre-surfacing of the ends, which eliminates the labor-intensive Defect Management operations from the process, saving welding materials and electricity.
