The invention relates to casting according to the produced models, in particular to the formation of shell molds during layer-by-layer coating. Methods are known for manufacturing shell molds produced by produced models, including the operations of layer-by-layer coating of a model block, alternating one-one races of introducing a model block into a suspension, removing it from the latter and sprinkling the block with a layer of suspension with a refractory material. At the same time, additives are introduced into the suspension or into the shell material in order to reduce the cracks in the shell and the legs. However, using known methods does not ensure sufficient gas permeability of the shell mold, which prevents the most efficient removal of air from the shell during the process of pouring the melt. The shells are prone to cracking, and their flexural strength exceeds 5 Sha, which is not enough to absorb the force and temperature loads acting on the shell. In addition, because of the non-uniformity of the suspension over the height of the bath and, as a result, the shell, there is a high reject rate of shell destruction, which causes an increased consumption of the binder. The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect to the proposed method is the manufacture of shell molds, obtained by melted models, including applying a multilayer coating to the model block, and the third layer is applied by immersing the block into a suspension, which is pre-foamed with an inert gas or dry air. hom, sprinkling with refractory material drying the shell, smelting models from it and calcining the shell h However, applying a foam suspension to the block only for the third layer is negligible improves etc. NOSTA form. At the same time, there is no stability, and the gas permeability of the shell practically does not increase. The purpose of the invention is to stabilize the strength and gas permeability of the forms, as well as to reduce the consumption of the binder. This goal is achieved in that according to the method of making shell molds obtained by melting models, including applying a multilayer coating to the model block, the third layer is applied by immersing the block in suspension. which is pre-foamed with an inert gas or dry air, dusting with refractory material,. drying the shell, melting models from it, and calcining the shell, the suspension is foamed with an inert gas when applying it to form the second and subsequent ones after the third layer of the shell. The essence of the method consists in the fact that to form a second and subsequent ones after the third layer of the shell, the suspension is flushed with inert gases. Last barges that. contributes to the prevention of sedimentation separation of components, improving the uniformity and stabilization of the properties of the suspension. In addition, bubbles of inert gases, rising, are deposited on the model block together with the slurry layer, despite of t6, that when spraying the block and drying the layer a significant part of the gases is removed from the tur. An increase in the pore, although it reduces the number of contacts between the grains, however, the strength of the shell in a hot state does not decrease, since an increase in the number of pores prevents the development of cracks in the shell when it is calcined, which is a significant increase in strength while decreasing the spread of strength, t . an increase in the number of pores leads to stabilization of the strength properties of the shell. In addition, gas permeability is increased due to the fact that not all pores are closed, and pores are formed from deposited gas bubbles, some of which are reported, due to which gas permeability occurs during the application of all layers except the first one from foamed suspensions. Increasing the porosity of the shell contributes to the creation of the best conditions of mass transfer of gas over the cross section of the shell mold during pouring, which in turn contributes to the effective removal of gases from the surface of the crystallizing metal at the interface with the surface of the mold and reduces the gas content of metal castings. The porous structure of the shell, ceteris paribus, also provides an increase in the strength of the shell by increasing the thickness of the layer. In this case, the binder consumption is reduced by reducing the scrap rate of the destruction of the shell. The porous structure of the shell increases its crack resistance, since during the propagation of cracks, the pores cause intense branching of the cracks and their subsequent stopping. Investigate the properties of suspensions and shells from it with foaming of the suspension under an overpressure of 0.02-0.2 MPa with an inert gas when the model block is immersed to form the third layer prototype | and to form the second and subsequent after the third layers of the shell. The lower limit for limiting excess pressure (0.02 MPa) is due to the possibility of creating an overpressure of an inert gas in the binder volume and the possibility of sedimentation of the rise of inert gas bubbles in the suspension. This value is the minimum at which bubble formation is possible. It is only a small amount above static pressure. The upper limit of the limitation of pressure (0.20 MPa is due to the possibilities (taking into account safety techniques) of using containers containing inert gases — cylinders, having pressure limitations on the release of gas from them in terms of its transport to the hoses from specially equipped places to the areas of coating. The suspension is rinsed with inert grades to form the second and subsequent after the third layers of the shell. Samples and test shell forms are made. Tensile strength and beating are determined on the samples - plates. 65x20 4 f-iM in size and gas permeability on round plates 65x4 mm fastened to the sleeve of a standard device using a model composition. The permeability results obtained are used to estimate the gas content () in the metal, e. Stabilization of the suspension properties is measured by the magnitude of the relative interval of variation of one of the main properties of the shell, its Flexural Strength (see table. Binder consumption is estimated by the percentage of defects, by the destruction and defectiveness of shell forms, while neglecting the natural ostom labor intensity. as a consequence of the increased consumption of the binder. These tables show that foaming the suspension with an inert gas under an excess pressure of 0.02–0.2 Sh when applying it to form the second and subsequent after the third layers of the shell has the effect of stabilizing the properties of the suspension, i.e. its density remains constant after 50 cycles of immersion of models, the variation in the strength of the shell decreases with. bending tests in a high condition, since crack resistance is increased; rises from 2-5 to 8-9 units. gas permeability of the shell, which leads to a decrease in gas content in castings, such as oxygen from 13. to 14. Increasing the strength and crack resistance of the shell is due to the uniform distribution of pores over the cross section of the shell, which stops the development of microcracks, the dimensions of which are comparable with grain of quartz sand . The increase in the gas permeability of the shell is due to an increase in the porosity of the shell. The method of manufacturing shell molds obtained by melted models is carried out by the following ob-G - ZOM. The first, facing layer —suspensions are applied to a block of models using a well-known technology; immersed in the suspension, then removed, the excess suspension is removed and then sprinkled with quartz sand, then dried. When applying the second and subsequent layers of the shell, the model block is immersed in a container with a suspension, in which a device in the form of a tube with inert gas supply holes is mounted. Simultaneously with the immobilized model block, an inert gas is supplied to the suspension, good5, the gift of which is bubbled. The inert gas introduced into the suspension is localized in the form of bubbles that rise, come into contact with the model block, settling on it, the moment the bubbles exit to the surface | (he,.) As a rule, corresponds to a point in time 1-2 seconds after the gas is supplied; in suspension under a pressure of 0.02-0.2 MPa corresponds to a signal to stop bubbling the suspension. The pressure is turned off, the unit is removed and sprinkled with sand, then dried for 1-3 hours in air. The third, fourth and all subsequent layers of the suspension are applied according to the indicated technology, i.e. similar to the second layer. The value of the pressure applied to the inert gas can be both constant, faK and variable, but in all cases it falls within the interval of 0.020, 2 MPa. After completion of the formation of the layers, the unit is directed to further operations: melting, calcining, etc. Testing the method of blowing the suspension with argon in the casting of the melted models to form the second and subsequent after the third 60 layers of the shell in order to increase the uniformity of the suspension, gas flow. The conductivity of the shell mold and its crack resistance and strength, reducing the gas content of castings shows that the density and viscosity of the suspension stabilize over time, the shell strength and crack resistance increase and stabilize, the gas permeability of the latter increases, the gas content of the castings decreases, and -,: damage to the shells occurs, as the porosity of the latter increases. The implementation of the proposed method of manufacturing shell molds during casting on melted models with foaming of the suspension with an inert gas when applying it to form the second and subsequent layers after the third shell allows to maintain the properties of the suspension after 50 coating cycles, stabilizing the strength properties of the membranes, which reduces scrap the destruction of the form by 2-28%, increases by 1.5-2 times the gas permeability of the shell form and reduces the cost of the binder by 24- 36 rubles.
