Description
The invention relates to aquaculture, namely to methods for growing macroalgae agaroids, and can be used in the industrial cultivation of anfeltia — a source of high quality agar. ; The known method of cultivation of anfelcion, including the preparation of a nutrient medium, the sowing of biomass and subsequent cultivation. However, when cultivated by this method, the temperature of the nutrient medium, light intensity is absent, the nutrient medium flow is absent, its volume per unit biomass is chosen arbitrarily. The result of this is a low productivity of the culture. The purpose of the invention is to increase production efficiency,. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of cultivation of sea red alga anfeltia cultivation is carried out at the flow of the nutrient medium with a volume of 0.6-1.6 l / g of biomass at a temperature of 17-20 ° C and illumination of 4-8. Example 1. The following mineral nutrition elements are added to the filtered and sterilized seawater, mg / l: NaHCO 20.0; KNO, 28.4 FeS04.7H20 0.8; MnC 2-4H20 0.2; ZnS04-7H20 0.6; Na HPO -IZHjO 3.3; Al (NO,) ,. gHjO 1,6i TiCNO ,,) 0, OC CrCNOJ 0.01 / PbCNOj) 0.03; Ba (SP x7H ,, 0 0.06. Enfelt in a cultivator with a reactor in the form of glass tubes at 20 ° C and 14 hours of illumination with a light intensity on the surface of the reactor 8 W.F / m. The volume of nutrient medium is 290 L. Planted concentration of biomass of anfelcium 420 g or 100 g / m. After 60 days of cultivation, biomass increases by 115 g / m, productivity - 2 g / m per day. Example 2. Anfelcium is grown on the same nutrient medium at 17 ° C and 14-hour illumination with a light intensity on the surface of the reactor 4 W "F / m. The volume of the nutrient medium is 5 liters, seeding concentration of raw biomass of 3 g or 100 g / m. For 10 days of cultivation, biomass increases by day 26. The proposed method allows to intensify the process of growing anfeltia 67 times and to achieve more than 7 tons per ha of industrial cultivation per year.
