Description

The invention relates to a technique used in strengthening bases for foundations.

A device for compacting soil is known, comprising a base machine with a boom and a rammer suspended from the boom by means of an automatic coupler, the control mechanism of which consists of two cargo winches 1.

A disadvantage of this device is the necessity of simultaneously using two cargo winches, which leads to premature wear of the base machine, as a result of which the reliability of the device is low.

The closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is a device for soil compaction, containing a base machine with an arrow having a stop, a tamper, in the upper part of which a grip with two shoulders levers is mounted, at the ends of which are rollers connected to the boom by means of a control mechanism 2

A disadvantage of the known device is its low reliability when working with high-weight ramming, since, in connection with the design features, the support rollers have small dimensions and low strength. In addition, when dropping the tamper onto the lifting mechanism, there are additional significant loads from the resistance of the hooking tooth of the ring stop in the conical gripping cavity.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the reliability of the device for soil compaction. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for soil compaction, containing a base machine with an arrow having an emphasis, a rammer, in the upper part of which a grab with two shoulders levers are mounted, at the ends of which are installed rollers, connected to the boom via a control mechanism, the latter is made in the form of a cylinder of engagement of two-arm levers with vertical guides attached to it and a cylinder of disengagement of these levers mounted for movement along vertical guides, with this m disengagement cylinder located above the cylinder engagement and biased with respect thereto, the upper end of the engaging cylinder is formed along an arc of radius of rotation of rollers mounted on the ends of two-armed levers.

A distinctive feature of the proposed device as compared with the known is the location of the support rollers in the lower part of the double-arm levers and the replacement of the conical engagement cavity with the hooked tooth of the ring stop with an engagement cylinder, which makes it possible to increase the size of the support rollers and thereby significantly increase the strength and reliability of the entire device. In addition, the location of the support rollers in the lower part of the two shoulders and their interaction with the upper end of the cylinder gearing along the arc of the turning radius of the two shoulders levers does not require additional effort when uncoupling the gripper from the disengagement cylinder, which reduces the cost of work due to

use of basic machines of smaller capacity.

FIG. 1 shows a device for soil compaction, a general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. 1 (tamper and control mechanism uncoupled); in fig. 3 - the same, tamping in engagement with the control mechanism.

The device for soil compaction contains a base machine 1 with a boom 2, in the upper part of which there is a stop 3,

0 a control mechanism 4 connected to the cable 5 of the cargo winch of the base machine 1, and a tamper 6 equipped with a catch 7. The control mechanism 4. consists of guides 8, to the lower part of which is attached a cylinder 9 of engagement, and to the top a loading platform 10 s a hinge 11 for hanging on the hook 12 of the base machine 1 and the decoupling cylinder 13 with an outer flange 14 freely resting on the springs 15 enclosing the guides 8.

0 The engagement cylinder 9 in the lower part ends with a conical bell, which acts as a pick-up catcher 7 when the tamper is connected to the control mechanism 4. The upper end of the cylinder 9 gearing is made on the arc of the turning radius

5 two shoulders gripping arms 7.

The grip 7, mounted at the top of the tamper 6, consists of two lugs 16, on the axes x17 of which two shoulders are mounted levers 18 with fixed on their

Q lower ends of the support rollers 19. The shape of the levers 18 is appointed so that, due to the counterweight embedded in their design, in the equilibrium position, their upper ends are closed.

The stop 3 is, for example, in the form

5 thick-walled rings, the inner diameter of which exceeds the largest linear size of the cargo platform 10.

The device works as follows. The rammer 6 installed on the ground is lowered by the control mechanism 4, while the conical bell of the engagement cylinder 9 fixes the alignment of the rammer 6 and the control mechanism 4 regardless of their angle of rotation relative to each other. Under its own weight mechanism 4

The control 5 causes the levers 18 to pivot about the axles 17 and let the engagement cylinder 9 down. At the moment when the upper end of the engagement cylinder 9 reaches the lower ends of the levers 18 with the support rollers 19, the levers, 18 are again connected with their upper ends, and thus the tamping 6 will engage with the control mechanism 4. When raising the tamper 6 to the upper position, the control mechanism 4 interacts with the stop 3, and the tamping release occurs. Disengagement is as follows. A stop 3, made in the form of a ring, touches the flange 14 and stops the disengagement cylinder 13. Meanwhile, the engagement cylinder 9 with the gripper 7 and the tamper 6 continue to move upward, while the springs 15 are compressed, the levers 18 are inserted inside the cylinder 13 and, when interacting with it, rotate around the axes 17 and the support rollers 19 out of engagement with the cylinder 9, after which the grip 7 under the action of the mass of the tamper 6 freely passes downwards inside the cylinder 9 and the tamper 6 with the grip 7 falls to the ground. The advantage of the proposed device in comparison with the known is the possibility of increasing the size of the support rollers, which leads to an increase in the strength and reliability of the entire device. In addition, the location of the support rollers at the lower ends of the double-arm levers and their interaction with the upper end of the engagement cylinder along the generatrix of the turning radius of these levers frees the base machine from excessive overloads, since in this case the force of tamping disengagement practically does not exceed the force during its lifting, which increases the reliability of the device and makes it possible to use mechanisms of lesser capacity. An increase in the reliability of the device is also achieved due to the fact that at the moment of tamper disengagement from the control mechanism the cable of the cargo winch with a hook remains in a stressed state, which is why there is no abrupt overload of the base machine that occurs in all cases. instantaneous unloading occurs. Thus, the proposed device, compared with the known, is more reliable, efficient and economical. Increased productivity and efficiency is achieved due to the fact that, without increasing the carrying capacity of the base machines, it is possible to significantly increase the size and weight of tampers.
