Изменен11е соотношени компонентов среды (примеры 1 и 5 не позвол ет достигнуть желаемой цели ввиду недостаточного колиечества оксида марганца в первом случае и из-за увеличени пористости покрыти во втором случае.x 1 The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the chemical-heat treatment of metals and alloys in powder pinching media, in particular to diffusion aluminizing, and can be used in engineering and instrument-making industries. Compounds ij of powder powdered metal mixtures for aluminizing based on aluminum powders , ferroaluminium, calcium aluminum ligatures, etc., containing ,. for example, May.%: Aluminum oxide 79-84 Alnmini powder 15-20 Ammonium chloride 1 Processing of steel products in the specified composition leads to the formation of an apitiated layer, characterized by increased defectiveness due to the presence of a large amount of fragile iron aluminide RelA, which is significant least impairs the operational properties of the manufactured products. The closest to the invention in its technical essence and the achieved result is a powder composition 2J for aluminizing steel products, containing, in wt%: Oxide. lumini 47 Aluminum powder 25 Iron powder. . 25 Ammonium Chloride 3 The use of a known composition for the treatment of steel products makes it possible to increase their heat resistance, but because of the presence of pores in the diffusion layer, they have a lower resistance to atmospheric corrosion processes. The purpose of the invention is to increase the corrosion resistance of the processed products in atmospheric conditions. The goal is achieved by the fact that the powder composition for complex saturation of steel products containing alumina, aluminum, iron and ammonium chloride, additionally contains manganese oxide and potassium tetrafluoroborate in the following ratio of components wt.%:. Iron31-33 Aluminum 12-14 Ammonium Chloride 0.5-1.5 Manganese Oxide 22-26 Potassium tetrafluoroborate 0.5-1.5 Alumina Oxide Else The use of the proposed composition leads to an increase in the corrosion resistance of the used steel products in atmospheric conditions due to reducing the porosity of the coating, increasing the quality of the surface after heat and chemical treatment and the formation of manganese doped iron aluminide. Example. Aluminization in the proposed powder medium is carried out at 950 ° C for 4 hours in containers with a fusible closure. The tests were carried out for 20 days under the conditions of the marine atmosphere at 20 ° C and the relative humidity of 95i% GOST 9.040-74). Comparative data on the corrosion resistance of steel 45 under the conditions of the marine atmosphere when using the known and proposed compositions are given in -gill. Corrosion resistance is estimated by weight loss per unit surface area of the sample over the 20 days of testing. From the above data, it follows that the aluminum-manganization of articles made of steel 45 in the proposed compositions allows an increase of 2.2-2.5 times the corrosion resistance of the coating under the conditions of the marine atmosphere as compared to the known composition. Changes in the ratio of the components of the medium (examples 1 and 5 do not allow to achieve the desired goal due to the lack of manganese oxide in the first case and due to the increase in the porosity of the coating in the second case.
