Внедрение в производство предлагаемого водоэмульсионного средства позволит получить препарат с более высокими потребительскими свойствами.x The invention is about the production of polishing household chemicals, in particular for water-emulsion polishing products for various surfaces. A water-based polishing agent containing polymeric binder (copolymer of methyl acrylate with acrylic and methacrylic acids), wax (montan-wax and water 11) is known. However, this composition has insufficient wetting ability and is unevenly distributed on the surface of the substrates. The accumulation of films is quite high and corresponds to Only the level of the first category of quality, although in terms of gloss, tackiness and water resistance of films, the composition meets the requirements of the highest quality category. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the accumulation of dirt. no polishing film and an increase in the wetting ability of the agent. This delta is achieved by the fact that a water emulsion polishing agent containing a polymeric binder, wax and water, as a polymeric binder, contains a copolymer of styrene, ztilacrylate and methacrylate acid with a mass ratio of the initial monomers corresponding to 53 : 32: 15, modified by the shank in the amount of 2-2.5 wt.% Per copolymer, as a wax is mitan-wax ether and additionally contains a surfactant substance in the following ratio of components % by weight: Polymer binder, specified above 03-20.0 Montai-ethereal wax1,0-15,0 Surface-active agent 0,25-5,0 WaterExtractive Aether montan-vrsk is obtained from bleached (acidic) mito- waxes by modification, most often by esterifying refined waxes with mono-, di- or polyatomic alcohols. As a result, an example of 50% free wax acids is esterified with alcohol. The ethereal montan wax of the Waradur E brand is harder and has a higher melting point than Waradur S. The pour point is 78 + 2 ° C; the number of bliss 125-150; acid number 45-55; penetration 1 needle, 10 mm - not more than 20. Appearance: yellowish small-grained fine-crystalline structure. The polishing agent is prepared as follows. The reactor with a steam scrubber and a stirrer is charged with wax, melted at 85-90 ° C, then a surfactant is charged. After stirring for 10-15 minutes, hot water (70-90 ° C) is fed in portions. When the mass temperature in the reactor is 70-80 ° C, portions of the howling emulsion of styrene copolymer with ethyl acetate and methacrylic acid are fed in portions. The preparation may include paraffin, ceresin, bleached waxes, polyethylene, etc., as well as various additives intended for purpose: dyes, antiseptics, fragrances, coservants, etc. The composition and properties of the polishing agent are given in table. 1 and 2. Tests show that the proposed water-emulsion polishing agent is superior to the prototype in terms of film accumulation and wetting ability. The composition is easily applied to the surface and forms a film. which after a small polishing has a high water resistance and gloss. The introduction into the production of the proposed water-based means will allow to obtain a drug with higher consumer properties.
