Description
Изобретение относитс к способам получени коробчатых металлоконструкций энергетических установок при их сварке в труднодоступных дл этого местах, преимущественно в монтажных услови х, и может найти применение во всех отрасл х энергомашиностроени .The invention relates to methods for producing box-shaped metal structures of power plants when welding them in places that are difficult to access, mainly in assembly conditions, and can be used in all branches of power engineering.
1.A known method of assembling and welding products used in the device for holding welding flux, in which the elements of the product are assembled on a flux lining with the required welding gap, the flux is pressed to the product by means of pneumatic pressure, after which the elements 1 are welded.
Недостатком данного способа вл етс невозможность его использовани в труднодоступных местах при ограниченном подходе со стороны корн шва, так как в этом случае невозможно подкладку установить под изделием из-за громоздкости оборудовани .The disadvantage of this method is the impossibility of its use in hard-to-reach places with a limited approach from the root of the seam, since in this case it is impossible to install a lining under the product due to the bulkiness of the equipment.
2.A known method of assembling and welding products, in which the edges to be welded are assembled end-to-end without a gap and interconnected by one-side welding on a flux cushion, which is attached directly to the product 2.
However, the known method does not allow to obtain a high-quality joint of the welded joint due to the impossibility of pressing the flux to the edges of the product in case of limited access from the back side of the seam.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the joint when welding products of complex shape and with limited access from the back side of the seam due to the narrow gap between the vertical walls of the product adjacent to the welded edges.
This goal is achieved in that according to the method of assembly and welding of products, in which the edges to be welded are assembled end-to-end without a gap and are interconnected by one-sided welding on a flux cushion that is attached directly to the product, technological supports are fixed before the edges are assembled on the walls. , the working surfaces of which are beveled and form an obtuse angle on the side of the butt when assembling the edges, set the edges to be welded with a gap, put the body of the flux cushion on the supports, which is V-shaped , fill the flux through the gap between the edges, after which the edges are shifted to the contact and welding is performed.
3 - окончательно собранное под сварку изделие .FIG. 1 shows the manufacturing scheme of the product; in fig. 2 is a diagram of the assembly of the product at the time of filling the flux; in fig. 3 - product finally assembled for welding.
The product consists of elements 1 and 2, with end walls 3 and 4, respectively, the distance L between which is limited. In addition, a series of tubes 5 are installed on the product, making it difficult to approach the welding site.
The method of manufacture of the product is carried out as follows.
Prior to the assembly of elements 1 and 2, walls 3 and 4 are fastened, for example welded, supports 6 and 7, respectively. The latter have bevels of working surfaces, which form an obtuse angle of the wasps from the side of the joint 8. They are mounted on walls 3 and 4, the clamping device 9, and with its help elements 1 and 2 are shifted, forming a gap in the joint 8 equal to 1 3-6 mm. The magnitude of this gap is determined from the need to fill the flux 10 through a groove on the side of the tubes 5. A lining And is inserted from the end of the product, freely mounted on supports 3 and 4 along the entire length of the product. The lining 11 is formed in a V-shape, for example, in the form of an equilateral angle or groove.
Flux 0 is poured into the groove through the gap to the level of dulling the 12 edges of the junction 8. Then elements 1 and 2 are shifted with the help of the device 9 until the contact
8.5 blunt the 12 edges of the joint 8.
As the elements 1 and 2 move towards each other, the lining 11 slides along the supports 3 and 4 and rises. In this case, the distance between the edge of the blunt 12 and the lining 11 is reduced, and consequently, the flux 10 is compacted, pressed against the product from the root of the future seam.
Due to the presence of the angle a and the execution of the V-shaped lining, the latter freely moves along the supports with upward movement.
With acute angle. " there is difficulty in installing the lining, in addition, the amount of flux that can be filled up decreases, and consequently, the likelihood of weld defects and welding of the lining to the product increases.
По окончании сварки подкладку 11 удал ют также с торца издели , оставшийс флюс из разделки высыпаетс и окончательную очистку корн осуществл ют или ударом со стороны трубок 5, или пескоструйной обработкой, или иным известным способом .After assembly, elements 1 and 2 of the product are welded according to known technology. At the end of welding, the lining 11 is also removed from the end of the product, the remaining flux from the groove is poured out and the final cleaning of the root is carried out either by striking from the side of the tubes 5, or by sandblasting, or by any other known method.
0 Example. A box metal structure of steel 10XHIM is welded with the thickness of elements 1 and 2 by 40 mm each. The distance between the end walls of 20 mm.
V-shaped cutting with a bluntness of 3 mm is performed. The assembly is carried out 5 without a gap on blunting.
The supports are welded at an angle of about (135 °. The lining is made of steel STZ in the form of an isosceles angle with a side of 10 mm.
Assemble elements with an initial clearance of 5 mm blunting. The length of the seam is 4 m. The lining is placed on the supports and the flux AN-348AM is filled. To prevent the flux from erupting on their ends, they are compacted with asbestos. The structural elements are shifted by four clamping devices in the form of clamps.
The seal is fixed by the amount of flux extruded into the groove through the gap, after which the welding is carried out according to the existing technology - submerged arc welding. After welding, the lining is removed, and the flux residues are removed with compressed air, and the slag crust from the cortex side is removed by striking the surface of the product.
Предлагаемый способ изготовлени издели по сравнению с известным обеспечивает легкую и надежную сборку издели , имеющего ограниченный подход со стороны корн шва, когда невозможно использовать имеющиес формирующие устройства, уплотн ет флюс в процессе сборки, что повышает производительность процесса, улучщает качество сварных соединений крупногабаритных металлоконструкций коробчатого сечени .The proposed method of manufacturing a product as compared with the known one provides an easy and reliable assembly of the product, which has a limited approach from the root side, when it is impossible to use existing forming devices, compacts the flux during the assembly process, which improves the process performance, improves the quality of welded joints of large-sized box-section metal structures .
