The invention relates to the control of measuring technology and can be used to control the quality of materials in the metallurgical and engineering industries. Ultrasonic immersion flaw detectors are known, which include a synchronizer, a generator, a transducer, and a receiving-recording unit, as well as devices that reduce the dead (uncontrolled) control zone. This zone arises when the probing signal is reflected from the surface of the monitored material and its dreams hit the transducer. In doing so, the converter is excited and oscillates over time proportional to its quality factor. Impulses defa | Commodities located near the surface of the material, arriving at the same transducer, are not highlighted against the background of the already oscillating | Tel transform due to the smallness of its amplitude. The oscillation time of the transducer from the surface pulse determines the magnitude of the dead zone. Therefore, in known flaw detectors, they try to reduce this time by using special transducers, compensated oscillators or amplifiers 1 and C2. The closest in technical essence to the invention is an ultrasonic immersion defect, which contains a sequentially connected synchronizer, generator, converter and receiving and recording unit. A delay line is connected in parallel with the converter to increase the resolving power. Any signal from the converter to the input of the receiving-recording unit passes to the delay line. Then this signal; from the end of the delay line, goes back to the transducer and the input of the receiving and recording device, and stacks there with the previous signal. As a result, with certain parameters of the delay line, it is possible to compensate for part of the oscillations at the receiver input, i.e. possibly shortening the duration of the signal reflected from the surface of the product and reducing the dead zone. The disadvantages of this method are the following. The amplitude and phase are reflected;: p from the surface of the signal material, especially when the converter is moving during automated control, depends on the quality of the material surface, on the stability between the converter and the material, on the orientation of the converter, so compensation achieved in a static mode is easily upset in dynamics . In addition, the signal reflected from the surface of the material being monitored and received again at the converter causes it to oscillate freely with a duration proportional to its quality factor. At the same time, from the defect signals that are close to the surface of the monitored material, weak signals enter the same transducer oscillating with a sufficiently large amplitude, therefore it is very difficult to distinguish weak signals against strong signals. Any electrical compensation signals that allow a shortened electrical signal to be received at the receiver input by summation cannot instantly suppress free oscillations of the transducer, since these vibrations are determined by the amplitude of the acoustic impulse reflected from the material surface and the physical properties of the transducer. Thus, electrical compensation facilitates the operation of the receiver, but does not change the operation of the converter, i.e. does not actually increase its resolution and sensitivity. The purpose of the invention is to improve measurement accuracy and control reliability by increasing the resolution and sensitivity of the flaw detector. This goal is achieved by the fact that the ultrasonic immersion flaw detector, containing a synchronously connected synchronizer, a generator, a transducer and a receiving-registering unit, is equipped with a series-connected delay circuit, an input connected to the second output of the synchronizer, a gate driver / coincidence circuit, a second input connected to the output of the receiving-recording unit , a trigger, a second input connected to the output of the delay circuit, and a shunt connected in parallel with the converter. The drawing shows the block diagram of the proposed flaw detector. The ultrasonic immersion flaw detector consists of a successor of a naso-coupled synchronizer 1, a generator 2, a converter 3 and a receiver-registrator of a block 4 connected in series, a delay circuit 5, a gate driver 6, a coincidence circuit 7, a trigger 8. and a shunt 9 connected in parallel to the converter 3, the input of the delay circuit 5 is connected to the second output of the synchronizer 1, the second input of the trigger 8 is connected to the output of the delay circuit 5, the second input of the circuit 7 ow
