The invention relates to the technique of non-destructive testing of metals using the eddy current method, which can be used in the course of defectoscopy and control of the physicomechanical characteristics of metal products. There is a known method of manufacturing two-way transducers in the form of a multilayer matrix, each layer of which contains coils of a given form Cl. However, this method does not provide for the formation of an electromagnetic field transducer with a given topology, as a result of which a high sensitivity of the transducer is not ensured. The closest to the invention to the technical essence is the method of making eddy current transducers, which consists in the fact that the transducer windings are formed on a flexible dielectric substrate by applying integrated circuits in the form of a multilayer array of coils, then the coil pins are interconnected by C2J. The disadvantage of this method is also the low sensitivity of the driver to detectable defects, since the method does not allow for the formation of an electromagnetic field of the converter with a given topology. The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity and simplify the technology of manufacturing transducers with a given topology of an excited electromagnetic field. The goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of making eddy current transducers, the transformer winding is formed on a flexible dielectric substrate by applying integrated circuits in the form of a multilayer matrix of coils, each winding is performed on a single substrate in the form of several electrically connected coils of a given forms, after which the substrate is bent along the boundaries passing between the coils so that they overlap. one on another. Fig. 1 shows a flexible dielectric substrate of a converter winding with coils applied thereto; Fig. 2 shows a winding of a converter in an assembly and a diagram of the strength of a magnetic field of a transformer. On a single flexible dielectric substrate 1, a method of applying integrated circuits or a method of printing technology produces coils 2, 3 and 4 of a predetermined shape, such as shown in Figures 1 and 2. Coils 2, 3 and 4 are electrically connected to one another. The method is as follows. The flexible substrate 1 with the coils 2, Z. and 4 applied on it is bent along the boundaries 5 and b, passing between the coils, by 180 ° so that the coil; -: ki 2 and 3 are superimposed on the coil 4. As a result of the imposition of coils each other and, accordingly, the addition of their electromagnetic fields, the converter has a field strength dependence of 7, depending on the number of coils on the substrate, their configuration and their direction of activation. The proposed method provides the ability to design and manufacture transducers with a given topology of its electromagnetic field, which allows developing transducers of optimal design, since the main energy of the electromagnetic field is not dissipated in space, but is concentrated in a localized area.
