Description
The invention relates to the field of abrasive machining, in particular to compositions of impregnators for drilling abrasive tools. Known impregnator containing, wt.%: Stearin 85; sulfur 10 and aluminum stearate 5 P1. However, such an impregnator does not provide the required roughness of the treated surface, and the impregnated tool does not have sufficiently high resistance. The closest in terms of the achieved result to the proposed one is an impregnator, including the inclusions, wt%: high molecular weight fatty acids 1 industrial oil 22; caustic soda preparation OS-20 10; ethylene glycol 10 paraffin 10, spermaceti 9 and water 22 2j The disadvantage of the known impregnator is that the tool impregnated with it has low durability and does not provide the required roughness of the treated surface. The purpose of the invention is to increase the tool cost and reduce the roughness of the treated surface. The goal is achieved by the fact that the abrasive tool impregnator, including high molecular weight fatty acids and target additives, contains amino alcohol and polyoxyethylene glycol zfir of oleic acid as the target additives in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Amino alcohol 21-27 Polyoxyethylene glycol oleic acid 3-7 fatty acids The remaining impregnator is prepared as follows: In the vessel, high molecular weight fatty acids are melted at 75-80 ° C, for example, stearic (b6-76 wt.%). Then, the amino alcohol is added to the melt, for example, triethanolamine (21-27 wt.%) And the mixture is stirred for 30-40 minutes. To the mixed components, 3–7 ma.I of oleic acid polyoxyethylene glycol ester (for example, Oleox-5 Tu-14-384-75) are added and the resulting composition is thoroughly mixed to a uniform consistency. Then the composition is poured into special forms and kept until it hardens. The abrasive tool is impregnated by immersion in an imigrator melted at 70-80 ° C, then the instrument is dried in air for 4-5 hours. The variants of the impeater composition, as well as the results of the comparative tests with the prototype are shown in the table. During the test, the resistance of the flap wheels when grinding the aluminum bumper is monitored (the resistance is determined by the maximum number of machined parts). An analysis of the results of comparative tests shows that the impregnation of the circles with the proposed composition makes it possible to increase the tool life by 1.3-1.4 times and reduce the roughness of the treated surface as compared to the treatment with circles impregnated with the prototype composition. The boundary values of the content of components are determined by the maximum durability and the minimum roughness of the treated surface (compounds 1-4). Going beyond the boundary values reduces the quality indicators of processing (compounds 5-8). The economic effect of using the invention is 131.5 thousand rubles per year.
