The invention relates to electric power industry and can be used to indicate the start of ice formation in electric grids and in metrology. Devices are known for indicating ice on the electrical characteristics of the medium between two electrodes C1. The closest to the invention is an ice detector that contains an electric heating precipitation sensor, the output of which is connected to the first comparator, an air temperature sensor, the output of which is connected to the second comparator, and comparison circuits, the output of which is connected to the input of the recording unit 2. A disadvantage of the known device is the possibility of false operation in the period of snowfall at negative air temperatures, as after the electric heater was turned off, the falling snow on the still cool emente melts and gives a false signal in the freezing rain. The purpose of the device is the behavior of selectivity and sensitivity. This goal is achieved by the fact that an ice temperature sensor containing an electric precipitation sensor, the output of which is connected to the first comparator, an air temperature sensor, the output of which is connected to the second comparator, and a comparison circuit whose output is connected to the input of the recording unit, has an additional precipitation sensor without electric heater in indication mode, the third comparator and the second comparison circuit, and the input of the third comparator is connected to the output of the additional precipitation sensor, the output of which is the stroke of the first comparator is connected to the input of the second comparison circuit, the output of which and the output of the second comparator are connected to the input of the first comparison circuit. FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of the detector; FIG. 2 shows a constructive implementation of one of the precipitation sensors. The ice detector consists of 1 and 2 precipitation sensors, and air temperature sensor 3. Sensors 1 p 2 precipitation are connected respectively via comparators 4 and 5 to the input of the comparison circuit 6. The output of the air temperature sensor 3 is connected via comparator 7 to the input of the comparison circuit 8 to which the circuit input b of the comparison is also connected. The output of the comparison circuit 8 is connected to the input of the registration unit 9. Sensors 1 and 2 of precipitation are structurally the same and therefore only one of them is shown in FIG. 2. Sensitive elements of precipitation sensors 1 and 2 consist of plates 10, on the outer surface of which a thin layer of metal, such as silver, is deposited in the form of two combs-electrodes 11 and 12, isolated from each other. Each sensor has two sensitive elements 10 arranged at an angle to one another. Electric heaters are located on the underside of sensitive elements 10 (fig. 2, not shown), protected by a casing 13. Sensitive elements 10 of sensor 1 are constantly heated to a positive temperature. sufficient to melt solid precipitation. In sensor 2, in the display mode, electric heaters are not included. At the beginning of precipitation of liquid precipitation in the form of rain and drizzle, the resistance between electrodes 11 and 12 on sensors 1 and 2 sharply changes and the signals from their outputs go to the inputs of comparators 4 and 5, if the signal levels from sensors 1 and 2 exceed the levels set in comparators 4 and 5, signals appear at their outputs. The outputs of the comparators 4 and 5 are connected to the input of the comparison circuit b. If at both inputs of the comparison circuit b, the signals coincide in time, then an output signal appears at its output, which is fed to the comparison circuit 8. When solid precipitation falls out, the resistance between the electrodes 11 and 12 of sensor 1 changes dramatically, by heating them up with electric heaters, and on sensor 2 the resistance between electrodes 11 and 12 changes slightly and the output signal of the comparison circuit b is absent, I Sensor 3 of air temperature It gives a signal whose value is proportional to the air temperature. The actuation level of the comparator 7 is set in such a way that, at an air temperature of 0 ° C and lower, a signal appears at the output of the comparator 7. When the signal at the output of the comparison circuit 6 and with the comparator 7 at the input of the comparison circuit 8 appears, a start icing signal appears, which is detected by the recording unit 9, /. At the end of the precipitation on ddtchiko 1, they are evaporated from the sensitive elements 10, An increase in resistance between the electrodes of sensor 1 causes the electric heater of sensor 2 to be turned on, and the deposited sediments evaporate from its sensing elements 10, after which j the electric heaters of sensor 2 are turned off. The introduction of an additional precipitation sensor without electric heating and a second comparison circuit 6 into the ice detector will allow, with some advance, depending on the size of the liquid precipitation droplets and air temperature, to fix the ice formation before the liquid phase crystallizes on the sensing elements of sensor 2. Design of the ice detector capable of Fixing the moment of the beginning of icing With a little advance, it will allow to use it to turn on the schemes of preventive heating of wires and wasps VL, and when melting ice to increase the time required for its preparation. For power transmission lines of 500 kV and above, where the control of icing is conducted mainly on cables, it will be possible to use preventive heating, which is much more efficient than melting ice.
