Предложенный счетчик позвол ет повысить точность измерени за счет компенсации нулевой частоты преобразовател 5 напр жени в частот ту в каждом цикле измерени ."1 The invention relates to a pulse technique and can be used in devices for automation and control According to the basic author. St. No. 646260 is an ampere-hour meter containing AND, OR, a power source connected via a shunt to a load, a voltage-to-frequency converter whose inputs are connected by a shunt, and a pulse counter whose outputs are connected to one input of a code comparison unit, one output. which is connected to disconnecting the input of the power source, a one-shot and a software unit, one element input AND connected to the output of a voltage to frequency converter, a friend is connected to the second output of the code comparison unit, and the output is connected to a counting input pulse counter, to the reset input of which a single-vibration output is connected, whose input is connected to a power source, the output of the program block is connected via the OR element to the second input of the Cl3 code comparison block. The disadvantage of this counter is the low accuracy of the amount of electricity caused by the frequency drift of the converter voltage to frequency (with zero voltage at its input). The aim of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy. The goal is achieved by the fact that, in an ampere-hour counter, containing AND, OR elements, a power source connected via a shunt to a load, a voltage-to-frequency converter whose inputs are connected to a shunt, and a pulse counter whose output / are connected to the same inputs code comparison unit, one output of which is connected to the disconnecting input of the power source, a one-shot and a program block, one input of the AND element connected to the output of the voltage converter in another frequency which is connected to the second output of the code comparison unit and the output with the counting input of the pulse counter, to the reset input of which the one-shot output is connected, the input of which is connected to the power source, the output of the program block is connected via the OR element to the second inputs of the code comparison block, a key and a generator are entered, the output of which is connected to the control input the key, whose water is connected parallel to the shunt, and to the additional input of the pulse counter, made in the form of a reversible counter. The drawing shows the structural scheme of the proposed s. The power source 1 is connected via shunt 2 to load 3, the outputs of controllable key 4 and the inputs of voltage-to-frequency converter 5 are connected to shunt 2, and the voltage-to-frequency converter 5 is connected to one input of element 6, the output of which is connected to counting input counter 7 pulses, made in the form of a reversible counter. The reset input of the pulse counter 7 is connected to the one-shot 8 output. And to the reverse, the output of the generator 9 and the control input of the key 4. The outputs of the pulse counter 7 are connected to the same inputs of the code comparison unit 10 whose outputs are connected to the disconnecting input of the power source 1 and the second input element AND 6. The second inputs of the code comparison unit 10 are connected via the element OR 11 to the outputs of the software unit 12. The generator 9 generates control signals for the pulse counter 7 and the key 4 with a period T and a square equal to two. The magnitude of the period T of the control signals is chosen from the condition that the current of the power circuit is constant over the entire period. The ampere-hour meter works as follows. When the power supply 1 is turned on at load 3, the one-shot 8 produces a pulse that causes c. initial state counter 7 pulses. The generator 9 produces a signal that includes a pulse counter 7, for example, ia. addition. At the same time, the same signal at the control input shuts off key 4. From shunt 2, the voltage proportional to the current of load 3 is removed, which is applied to the voltage to frequency converter 5. The pulses from the output of the Converter 5 through the element And 6 are fed to the counting input of the counter 7 pulses. The number of bits of counter 7 is selected from the conditions .., 3 where n is the number of bits of the counter; g is the upper frequency voltage-to-frequency converter; the number of binary bits of the code supplied from the unit 10 of the comparison. The number of pulses of vocational schools received by T in counter 7 over time, g, will be where {is the frequency of the converter per voltage to frequency when the input signal is not equal to zero. After time T / 2, the generator 9 generates a signal that turns on the counter 7 on the subtraction and opens the key 4 on the control input, which bypasses the input of the voltage converter 5 to the frequency. The number of pulses N2 received in the circuit T chik 7 for the time N - -5 where o is the frequency converter voltage to frequency at zero input signal. After this time has elapsed, the generator 9 generates a signal that turns on the counter 7 on addition, closes the key 4, and the measurement cycle repeats. Thus, for a time equal to T, the counter of 7 74 records the number of pulses N equal to N-NrN,); where l is the frequency deviation caused by the input signal of the voltage-to-frequency converter. The pulses recorded in counter 7 are fed to the first inputs of block 10 of the code comparison, and to the other inputs through the element OR 11 a numeric code is fed from the outputs of the software block 12. Since the compensation process is n-th. the left frequency of the voltage-to-frequency converter 5 occupies fo% j () of the binary bits of counter 7, the lower weight input of the code fed to the code comparison unit 10 is connected to (counter counter 7. In case of coincidence of the codes from counter 7 and The program block 12 from the output of the code comparison unit 10 is given a signal to close the element 6 and turn off the power source 1. The ampere-hour counter returns to its original state using the one-vibrator 8 the next time the power source 1 is turned on to the load 3. Proposed counter ol is to increase measurement accuracy by compensating for the zero frequency voltage converter 5 in the frequency measurement in each cycle.
