II The invention relates to medicine and can be applied to the prevention of wound infection when treating wound areas of the body. A known method of ultrasound treatment of infected wounds is obtained by immersing the surface of the wound in the medium of the drug and the subsequent effect of ultrasound energy on the wound surface. A device for ultrasound treatment of infected wounds is known, which comprises an acoustic node connected to an ultrasound generator and a waveguide IJ. However, the use of a known method and device leads to an increased consumption of antiseptic drug and uneven absorption of ultrasound energy in the wound area. Ineffects energy transfer due to the presence of air space between the ultrasound source and the object affecting the elevated microroughness of the wound surface, since the presence of the thinnest air layer of 0.1 mm between the surface of the radiator and the object almost completely reflects the ultrasonic vibrations, i.e. Only 0.1% of this energy passes through the boundary between air and body tissues. In addition, no iron filings are removed from the wound surface. ; Closest to the invention. is a method of ultrasound treatment of infected wounds, which consists in the ultrasound sounding of the wound surface while simultaneously bringing medicinal liquid 2j into the sounding zone. Closest to the invention is an apparatus for the ultrasound treatment of infected wounds, comprising an acoustic unit, a waveguide connected to an ultrasonic generator, a drug liquid chamber with heat passing along waveguide 2J. However, this method and device cannot be used for the treatment of infected wounds affected by ferromagnetic particles, since they do not ensure the removal of particles from wounds, and in addition to the tag. 0 2 do not provide the possibility of providing a constant necessary gap between the end of the waveguide and the wound surface. The purpose of the invention is the treatment of infected wounds affected by ferromagnetic particles. This goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of ultrasound treatment of infected wounds, consisting in ultrasonic sounding of the wound surface with simultaneous supply of the medicinal liquid to the sounding zone, a pulsating magnetic field with a frequency of ultrasonic vibrations is created in the impact zone. The goal is achieved by the fact that a device for ultrasound treatment of infected wounds, containing an acoustic unit, a waveguide connected to an ultrasound generator, a chamber for medicinal fluid with a channel running along the waveguide, is provided with a support element configured as a waveguide, and a system of magnetic blocks, one of which is fixed uniformly around the circumference on the waveguide, and the other in the same way in two rows - on the supporting element, and the magnetic blocks are made up of composite plates of transverse plates magnetic and magnetic conductor blocks located on the waveguide and adjacent magnetic and non-magnetic plates from the others, while the thickness of the plates is made of a variable corresponding to the amplitude of the longitudinal oscillations of the waveguide in this plane. The method of ultrasound treatment of infected wounds is carried out as follows. . On the wound surface affected by ferromagnetic particles, medicinal fluid is supplied under pressure and simultaneously affected by ultrasonic vibrations and a pulsating magnetic field with a frequency of ultrasonic vibrations. The action of the energy of a pulsating magnetic field causes periodic magnetic force effects on the ferromagnetic particles for their rejection (removal) of body tissue, and in the flow of medicinal fluid are removed from the wounds when they are processed. 3 Figure 1 shows an ultrasound treatment device for infected wounds; figure 2 is a waveguide, the cross section (A-A) J in figure 3 the working end of the waveguide. The device comprises an acoustic unit 1 connected to an ultrasonic generator 2, a waveguide 3, a. also the supporting element 4 and the housing 5. The waveguide 3 is equipped with an annular collar 6, on which thread is made. On the waveguide, there are movable magnetic power blocks 8 fixed by screw 9. The same wave water 3. has longitudinal channels 10 for supplying the medicinal liquid. Fixed magnetic power blocks 11 and 12 are placed on the supporting element. Blocks 11 and 12 are fixed with screws 13 and 14. A fitting 15 for screwing in the medicinal liquid is screwed on the supporting element. Magnetic blocks are located on the section of the waveguide corresponding to the largest amplitude of the p rod oscillations depicted in plot 16. At the same time, the thickness of the plates of the magnet and magnet wires corresponds to the magnitude of the amplitudes shown on the plot of am. pounds of longitudinal vibrations. Magnetic blocks 11 and 1-2 are installed relative to each other with the possibility of circular movement and; fixing with a screw 17. The device works as follows. The acoustic unit 1 is connected to the ultrasonic generator 2 and set the operation mode with a given part corresponding to 26.5 kHz and an amplitude of oscillations of the working end 50-60 µm, intensity 1.0 1.5 W / cm, and by moving Waveguide relative to the support element on the thread 7 sets a distance of 1.5-2, Q.MM between the end of the waveguide and the wound surface to be treated. At the same time, the movable and stationary magnetic power units are symmetrically combined. - An antiseptic drug prepa In this case, the magnetic power blocks 8, 11 and 12, when they are located in one plane, perpendicular to the axis of the waveguide, form a short-term magnet 04 a field and on the side of the block 12 act on metal filings magnetic field forces. With the relative movement of the waveguide and the support element, conditions are created for the emergence and disappearance of a short-term pulsating magnetic field. This field provides attraction of iron sawdust particles to the surface of block 12 at the time of the magnetic field, and during the disappearance of the magnetic field, under the effect of the outflow of the medicinal liquid, metal sawdust particles become its intensive flow. As a result of the simultaneous action of fluid flow and a pulsating magnetic field, conditions are created for the evacuation of the smallest metal particles from the wound surface. Pulsating. magnetic field produces a loosening effect on metal particles,. . sufficiently deeply embedded in the tissue of the wound surface, by alternately acting on this particle from several sides when the waveguide is moved in the wound surface area during processing. To carry out the process of cleaning the wounds, the device transmits the energy of ultrasonic vibrations to the object of action at a frequency of 2050 kHz, and artificial fluid is supplied to the wound surface through a sealed channel. The medicinal fluid at the channel exit is affected by the working end of the waveguide 3 and spreads evenly on the surface. In this case, the working end of the waveguide 3 is in the medium of the medicinal fluid and, thus, creates a contactless airless environment. This contact achieves an increase in the beneficial effect of ultrasonic vibration energy on the surface of the wound and reduces its loss. The invention provides for the treatment of infected wounds affected by electromagnetic particles, makes it possible to install the necessary gap between the end of the waveguide and the wound surface, creates conditions for maximum energy transfer of ultrasonic vibrations, shortens the time of the ultrasound process on the body tissue.
