Description
The invention relates to methods for automatically regulating the process of dehydration of emulsions, and can be used in the dehydration of water-containing oil and oil emulsions in the oil, oil processing, and petrochemical industry. There is a known method of automatically controlling the process of oil electrical supply by supplying high voltage pulses, the amplitude and duty cycle of which is changed by an electronic control device acting on the primary circuit of the step-up transformer lj. The disadvantage of this method is the need to use sophisticated computing electronics. This method does not provide. ensuring the optimal electric mode, which causes additional energy costs. The closest to the invention to the technical essence is a method of controlling the process of desalting and dehydrating oil emulsions by changing the spark gap between the electrodes of the ball discharge or changing the pressure of the inert gas in the gas chamber and changing the voltage between the electrodes with a correction for dehydrator circuit conductivity 2. A disadvantage of the known method is that during each half-period of the mains voltage there is a breakdown between the electrodes of the arrester, which leads to fast th izyosu electrode work surface and makes an explosive system. With a significant conductivity of the medium, the pulse duration of the electric field in the dehydrator may be negligible, which causes a low rate of coalescence of the dispersed phase droplets. At the same time, the known method also does not provide for ensuring an optimal electric mode, which leads to additional energy consumption. The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of dewatering of emulsions and the reduction of energy consumption. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of automatic regulation of the process of electric dehydration of emulsions, by changing the voltage on the electrodes of the dehydrator, the high voltage voltage is changed depending on the value of the product of the low voltage voltage on the water content of the emulsions. FIG. Figure 1 shows the dependence of the current in the high-voltage circuit of the dehydrator on the magnitude of the product of the low-voltage voltage on the water content of the emulsions; in fig. 2 - block scheme of the system for regulating the process of electric dehydration of emulsions. The system consists of an arithmetic unit 1, a control unit 2 for a low voltage voltage regulator 3, a high voltage source 4, a dehydrator 5, a high voltage 6 and a low voltage 7 electrodes, and an emulsion watering sensor 8. The system works as follows. The input of the arithmetic unit 1 receives the signals of the low-voltage voltage U from the output of the low-voltage regulator 3 and the sensor 8 of the water content of the emulsion C. In the arithmetic unit 1, they are multiplied and the value of the product HC is compared with the set value IC. If the product, To, supplies a signal to a corrugated device 2, which through a low-voltage voltage regulator 3 acts on a high voltage source 4, the latter increases the voltage on electrodes 6 and 7 of dehydrator 5 by 10%. Further, if the ratio. UC4UC is maintained, the voltage is applied to the electrodes 6 and 7 of dehydrator 5 is repeated. When the ratio is fulfilled, a low voltage regulator .3 restores the previous mode of electrotreatment of the emulsion, since a sharp increase in current is observed in the high voltage circuit of the electrohydrator (Fig. 1). The operation of electrohydrachhoron when practically leads only to additional energy consumption. The implementation of the proposed method of controlling the dehydration process of the emulsions makes it possible to maintain the optimum intensity of the electric field in the Emulsion, which makes it possible to increase the degree of dewatering of the emulsion with minimum energy consumption.
