Инструментом пользуютс следующим образом .The tool is used as follows.

Рассекают ткань над необходимым сухожильным трансплантатом на небольщую длину. Отсекают край трансплантата и ввод т его в отверстие 3 рабочей части 1. За ручку 2 рабоча часть 1 вводитс в рану на глубину, равную длине необходимой части трансплантата, и, соверща вращательное движение рабочей частью 1 вправо-влево, отсекают режущей кромкой 4 трансплантат.Cut the tissue over the necessary tendon graft to a small length.
