Изобретение относитс к сельскохоз йственному машиностроению, а именно к устройствам дл отделени стеблей от корнцплодов, в частности, чеснока. Известно устройство дл обрезки пера чеснока, состо щее из приводного стола, нескольких пар встречно вращающихс вальцов, расположенных п периметру стола, над вальцами в держател х укреплены отсечные пластины причем зазор между вальцами и режущей кромкой пластины может регулироватьс . Недостаток устройства заключаетс в том, что качественный рез возможен только при наличии острых кромок на ноже и на навивке вальцов, однако на личие острых кромок на навивке вальцов приводит к травмированию луковиц чеснока - надрезам покровной чешуи и зубков, скругление кромок навивки приводит к замене процесса отрезани пера, отминкой, перетиранием, что снижает производительность машины. Наиболее близким к изобретению вл етс устройство дл отделени пера от овощей, содержащее парные встречно вращающиес цилиндрические вальцы с винтовыми навивками на поверхности и установленный над ними ограничитель седловидной формы в поперечном сечении Н Однако известное устройство не обеспечивает надежной обрезки пера и травмирует покровную чешую овощей. Цель изобретени - обеспечение надежной обрезки пера и.снижение травмировани покровной чешуи овощей Поставленна цель достигаетс тем что в устройстве дл отделени пера от овощей, преимущественно от чеснока , содержащем парные встречно вращающиес цилиндрические вальцы с вин товыми навивками на поверхности и установленный над ними ограничитель седловидной формы в поперечном сечении , каждый валец оснащен примыкающей к одному из его концов неподвижной обоймой, а его винтова навивка свободно окружает обойму, причем устройство снабжено ножом, установленным за вальцами с возможностью вращени , а обоймы имеют прорези на поверхности дл прохода ножа. Кроме того, вальцы снабжены высту пами, выполненными из эластичного материала. На фиг. 1 изображено устройство дл отделени пера от овощей, вид спереди; на фиг. 2 - то же, вид сверху; на фиг, 3 - сечение А-А на фиг.2; на фиг. 4 - предлагаемое устройство, аксонометри ; на фиг. 5 - нож с пилообразным лезвием. Устройство состоит из подающего транспортера 1, предназначенного дл подачи вороха овощей 2 по скатной доске 3 на цилиндрические вальцы 4, каждый из которых оснащен примыкающей к органу из его концов неподвижной обоймой 5. Вращающа с обойма 5 имеет винтовую Транспортирующую навивку 6 и эластичные выступы 7. Причем винтова транспортирукнца навивка закреплена на вальце 4, а хвостова ее часть, выполненна в виде прутка, скользит по неподвижной обойме 5. Устройство снабжено ограничителем 8 седловидной формы. Обрезающий нож 9 с пилообразным лезвием входит в пазы 10 неподвижных обойм 5 вальцов 4. Привод ножа 9 осуществл етс от вальцов 4 посредством шестерен 11 и 12. Вальцы 4 установлены на опорах 13 и привод тс во вращение посредством шестерен 14 и звездочки 15. Скатна доска 16 служит дл подачи обрезанных головок чеснока на выгрузной транспортер 17. Скатна доска 18 предназначена дл подачи отрезанных стеблей 19 на транспортер 20 отходов. Продольный транспортер 21 служит дл подачи растительных примесей и земли на транспортер 20 отходов. Устройство смонтировано на раме 22. Устройство работает следующим образом . Овощи 2 транспортером 1 по скатной доске 3 подаютс на вращающиес вальцы 4, где с помощью эластичных выступов 7 стебель зат гиваетс в зазор между вальцами 4 и ограничителем 8. Луковица чеснока подвергаетс ударам об эластичные Ьыступы 7 до тех пор, пока она не попадет в промежуток между транспортирующей навивкой 6 и выступами 7, т.е. на прот жении не более одного оборота вальцов (при однозаходной навивке). Далее луковица чеснока перемещаетс транспортирующей навивкой 6 вдоль вальцов, а стебель чеснока зат гиваетс в зазор между вальцами 4 и 3 11 ограничителем 8 эластинными выступами 7, т.е. происходит ориентаци стебл , котора прекращаетс при попадании луковицы чеснока на неподвижную обойму 5, а хвостова часть навивки 6, выполненна В виде прутка скольз щего по неподвижной обойме 5, продвигает .луковицу чеснока в зону действи ножа 9, движущегос в пазах 10 обоймы 5. Движение ножа 9 по отношению к движению навивки 6 подобрано таким образом, что пилообразное лезвие ножа проходит через паз 10 перед самой навивкой и обрезает стебель. Отделенные стебли 19 по скатной доске 18 подаютс на транспортер 20 отходов, обрезанные луковицы по скат ной доске 16 подаютс на выгрузной транспортер 17. Стебель чеснока, когорый располагаетс выше выступов 7, захватываетс ими и зат гиваетс в зазор между вальцами. При помощи такого метода можно обрезать не только стебли нестрелкующих сортов чеснока, но и стебли озимых стрелкующих сортов, при этом исключаетс возможность зат гивани луковицы чеснока в .вальцы, что происходит при попытках обрезани стеблей озимыхСтрелкующих сортов чеснока на ОВЛ-6. Предлагаемое устройство позволит качественно производить операцию отделени стебл чеснока, как стрелкующих , так и нестрелкующих сортов.
