Description

Как известно, выплавка серы из серных флотационных концентратов осуществл етс  автоклавным способом . Этот способ требует высокого расхода реагентов-стабилизаторов (пирофосфат натри , жидкое стекло , сода и др.) и не обеспечивает достаточную устойчивость и управл емость процесса.Sulfur smelting from sulfur flotation concentrates is known to be autoclaved. Согласно предлагаемому способу, дл  выделени  элементарной серы из серных концентратов обезвоженный до 12% влаги концентрат расплавл ют в открытом плавильнике с мешалкой с получени  суспензии , состо щей пз серы и пустой породы (без воды).According to the inventive method, to separate elemental sulfur from sulfur concentrates, the concentrate, dehydrated to 12% moisture, is melted in an open stirrer with a slurry consisting of sulfur and waste rock (without water).
