Т а б л. 2O5 1 The invention relates to a method for the production of granulated phosphogypsum, which is a waste product of the production of phosphoric acid and is used in agriculture, cement industry, sulfuric acid production and living. A known method of granulating phosphogypsum by pelleting in the presence of a binder at a moisture content of 21-35%. At the same time, pyrite calcine in the amount of 2-60% is used as a binder. The strength of the granules of the finished product 5-10 kg / cm 1. However, this method is characterized by the presence of a large amount of binder (up to 60%), which leads to the impossibility of using phosphogogram in the production of sulfuric acid, in residents and in agriculture. In addition, the low strength of the finished product (5-10 kg / cm). The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a method of granulating phosphogypsum by drying it to a total moisture content of 1-8%, followed by granulation in the presence of binder C2. According to a known method, the initial phosphogypsum dihydrate with a moisture content of 40-50% is dried to a total moisture content of 1-8% and is sent to a mixer, 1-10% ammonium sulfate is used as a binder, and the resulting mixture is granulated 40-110 ° C and at T: W 1:. (0.5-0.9) The material after the granulator is dried, classified with the selection of a commercial fraction, which is sent for further processing. In this case, the strength of the finished product 12 | 30 kg / cm. The known method does not allow to obtain phosphogypsum granules. Inexpensive strength (more than 30 kg / cm), ensuring their safety during transportation and further use. The aim of the invention is to increase the strength of the product granules. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of obtaining granulated phosphogypsum by drying it to a total moisture content of 1-8%, followed by granulation in the presence of a binder, a phosphor-gypsum suspension with a particle size of solid phases is used as a binder 62,04-0 , 1.0 mm at the ratio of solid and liquid phases 1: (1-3). Suspension of phosphogypsum take in the amount of 20-60% by weight of phosphogypsum. The method is carried out as follows. The initial phosphogypsum dihydrate after a vacuum filter with a humidity of 4050% is dried to contain 1-8% total moisture and is sent to the mixer, 20-60% of the phosphogypsum suspension is introduced here at a ratio of solid and liquid phases in suspension 1 :( 1-3) and a particle size of the solid phase of 0.04-0.1 mm, and the resulting mixture is granulated and sent to the warehouse for shipment to the consumer. At the same time, the strength of the finished product is 35-50 kg / cm. The introduction of a phosphogypsum suspension contributes to the compaction of phosphogypsum crystals and further rounding of the agglomerates formed. The process of granulating powdered materials, in particular phosphogypsum, in drum-type granulators consists in layering fine particles on the centers (core) of granulation and subsequent pelleting of the agglomerates obtained. In this case, the most dense packing of the agglomerate is observed only at a certain ratio of the sizes of the core and the layering particles. When the size of the agglomerates of the initial phosphogypsum supplied after drying to granulation is equal to O, 1-0.5 mm, the most dense packing of the agglomerate should be achieved when applying a phosphogypsum suspension with a particle size of the solid phase of 0.040.1 mm to the trapping. The presence of a dense packaging of sinter leads to an increase in the strength of the granules of the finished product. . 1 shows the results of pilot studies on the effect of the amount of phosphogypsum suspension injected on the strength of the pellets, carried out under conditions of the Maardu Chemical Plant. The ratio of solid and liquid phases in suspension. The particle size of the solid phase in suspension is 0.04 mm. Suspension phosphogypsum was prepared on the basis of the material after classification. As can be seen from the table. 1, the greatest strength of the granules is achieved when applying a phosphogypsum suspension in an amount of 20-60% by weight of dry phosphogypsum. When the suspension is supplied less than 20%, the strength of the granules and the yield of the product are reduced, as an insufficient amount of agglomerates is formed and their compaction is observed weakly during coating. Supplying a phosphogypsum suspension in an amount of more than 60% by weight of dry phosphogypsum also leads to a decrease in the strength of the granules due to the release of excess moisture on the surface of the granule. In tab. Figure 2 shows the results of a study of the dependence of the strength of granules on the size of the solid phase in a phosphogypsum suspension fed to the granulation stage. in the amount of phosphogypsum suspension injected - 30%. As can be seen from the table. 2, the greatest strength of phosphogypsum granules is achieved when applying a phosphogypsum suspension with a particle size of the solid phase of 0.040.1 mm. When using phosphogypus particles of less than 0.04 mm in size, the number of small granules increases dramatically and their strength decreases, since the layering of particles and their compaction slow down. With a particle size of more than 0.1 mm, the granules have a layered structure and low strength due to the low packing density of the agglomerates. In tab. Figure 3 shows the results of a study of the dependence of the strength of granules on the ratio of the solid and liquid phases during granulation. The particle size of the solid phase in suspension 0.04 mm const. As can be seen from the table. 3, the greatest strength of the granules is observed at a ratio in suspension T: W 1: {1-3). When the T: W ratio is lower than 1: 1, a decrease in the strength of the granules is observed due to their insufficient compaction, and with a T: Ж ratio of 1: 3, the strength of the granules is reduced due to the release of excess moisture on the surface of the granules. Example 1. In phosphogypsum, dried to a moisture content of 1%, 600 kg (60%) of a phosphogypsum suspension with a ratio and particle size of the solid phase in a solution of 0.04 mm are added and mixed. After mixing, the material is granulated and sent to the warehouse. The strength of the granules of the finished product is 35 kg / cm. Example 2. B1t of phosphogypsum, dried to a moisture content of 8%, injected 200 kg (20%) of a phosphogypsum suspension with a ratio and particle size of the solid phase in a solution of 0.1 mm and stirred. The material after the blender is granulated and sent to a warehouse. The strength of the granules of the finished product 50 kg / cm. The method of obtaining a granulated product by drying it to 1-8% and subsequent granulating in the presence of a phosphogypsum suspension as a binder material has better technical and economic indicators in comparison with the known method, since the strength of the granules increases (35-50 kg / cm), ensuring their safety during transportation and further use, and also improves the composition of the product, since the introduction of additional binders is prevented.
