Description

Дл  закалки деталей, имеющих большое отношение длины нагреваемой части к диаметру, примен ют многовитковые закалочные индукторы, выполненные в виде цилиндрической спирали из двух охлаждаемых водой трубок. Одна из трубок используетс  в качестве токопровода и непрерывно охлаждаетс  водой, а друга  служит спрейером, используемым только дл  закалки издели , и присоедин етс  к водопроводной сети по окончании нагрева.For quenching of parts having a large ratio of the length of the heated part to the diameter, multi-turn quenching inductors are used, made in the form of a cylindrical spiral of two water-cooled tubes.
