В деталь 1 вставл ют эластичную крьшку 2 с конической трубкой 3, выполненной из материала, стойкость при деформации которого ниже, чем стойкость при деформации детали 1, Верхнюю часть детали 1 закрывают крышкой 4 с отверстием 5 дл  залива жидкости 6 и отверстием 7 дл  слива излишков жидкости. После заливки жидкости, например воды, производ т ее замораживание при температуре -13 - 15 С. При замерзании воды излишки ее вытесн ютс  через отверсти 7, а дальнейшее расширение льда компенсируетс  -пустотелой эластичной трубкой 3, принимающей на себ  все последстви  механической деформации детали, снижа  таким образом напр жени , возникающие в детали при замораживании собранного узла.
