Изобретение относитс  к способам электродуговой сварки неповоротных стыков труб с применением сварочного автомата, перемеш.ающегос  вокруг сварочного стыка по наружной поверхности трубы. Сначала автомат варит одну половину стыка труб, двига сь сверху вниз, а затем дл  сварки автомат переставл ют в верхнее нолол ение по отношению к трубе и производ т сварку другой половины трубы. Известные способы сварки не обеспечивают высокого качества наплавки, так как при прохождении сварочного автомата под трубой сварка производитс  в потолочном положении, что приводит к образованию натеков наплавленного металла.The invention relates to methods of electric arc welding of non-rotating pipe joints using an automatic welding machine, which is stirred around the welding joint on the outer surface of the pipe.
