Description
The invention relates to agricultural production, in particular, to methods for treating reclaimed peat soils covered with sedge hummocks, as well as with moss tow and heavily gravel. There is a method of tillage, covered with high bumps, including grinding the bumps into pieces and plowing L. The disadvantages of this method are a large cost and laboriousness, mainly due to the grinding of the hummocks. There is a known method of treating zachocadic lands, including compacting the hummocks, cutting them into pieces of equal size and plowing them into the soil 2. The disadvantages of this method are poor quality and considerable cost due to poor placement of the pieces and additional work on compacting and cutting the hummocks. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of embedding the hummocks in the soil and reducing labor costs. The goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method including tilling of tussocks, a first furrow with a dumping ridge is preliminarily laid on the ground field, the upper soil layer with tussocks is cut off, forming the second furrow, placing it in the first furrow, without breaking the tussock condition, pressing it and lay down the soil layer from the second furrow, cut, wrap and press into the second furrow the next row of hummocks, forming the third furrow, cover with a layer of soil from it, and then the operations are repeated. At the same time, sections for the headlands, the svalted ridge and the first furrow are isolated, from which the hummocks are previously removed. In addition, when processing the pop with two plows running one after the other, the first cuts off the top layer of soil with the hummocks and places it in the adjacent furrow, and the second, plantazhny, presses the hummocks into the bottom of the furrow, falls asleep and forms the next furrow. Fig. 1 shows the zacocarpous field after the formation of the first furrow and the ridge ridge; the cross-section in Fig. 2 is the same after cutting and dropping the upper soil layer with the bumps from the second furrow into the first furrow; Fig. 3 shows the same after pressing the hummocks into the first furrow and zaskki with its underlying soil layer from the second groove of Fig. 4 - the same after cutting, laying, pressing the upper layer with the bumps and zaskki the second groove of Fig.5 - view of the plan when processing a floor two plows going one after another; Fig. 6 shows the same on the ground field after preliminary removal of the hummocks on the headlands, the stalled ridge and the first furrow. In the above figures, the following notation is accepted: orr — width of the base of the dump ridge, cm, B — width of the section in the longitudinal direction, from which the bumps are previously removed, and, B — width of the body of the plow, cm; HI is the depth of indentation of the hummocks relative to the bottom of the furrow, see Example of a specific embodiment of the method. On the field 1, covered with hummocks 2, the marking is made and the areas for the headland 3, the ridge ridge 4 and the first furrow 5 (Fig.6) of width B, which is equal to the width of the base of the ridge ridge Ogre, plus the width of the first furrow D, are assigned. In these areas, the pre-hummocks 2 are removed, for example, by the MTP-42 milling machine, so that after leveling the dumping ridge 4 and plowing the headlands 3, there are no unplanted hummocks on the surface. Then the first furrow 5 is laid, the peat from which is carried to the dumping ridge 4 (Fig. 1). During subsequent processing of the field with two plows, as shown in FIG. 3, the body 6 of the first plow is buried below the sole of the hummocks 7 adjacent to the first furrow, they cut off the top layer of soil along with them, wrap and stack them in the first furrow where they occupy position 8 (figure 2). Following the second plow furrow wheel 9 presses the hummocks into the furrow to a depth h relative to its bottom, which occupy position 10 (fig.Z), and the housing 11 cuts off and hardens the underlying soil and forms the second furrow. .11 Then a third furrow is formed, while the upper layer together with the hummocks are also cut off by the first plow body 6 and placed into the second furrow by the furrow wheel 9 of the second plow are pressed into the furrow, and by the body 11 they cut off the underlying layer in the third furrow and fill them with the second furrow (the 4). Further, the operations are repeated to the boundaries of field 1, i.e., to the drainage collectors or channels. After this, the usual post-crop treatment is carried out. For reliable burial of the bumps, excluding their extraction on the day surface, during the subsequent post-plowing treatment it is necessary to create a layer of soil not less than 30 cm thick over the hummocks. Experimental work on the processing of completely sharpened peat soils with the height of sedge bumps up to 0.6 m and the amount 60 thousand per hectare at the ameliorative 14 facility. The Kazakh canal in the Brest region according to the proposed Kazan method, that productivity rises no less than 3 times (1.5 ... 2.0 ha per shift instead of 0.5 ha by famous method), and decreased processing costs by 80 ..; $ 100 per hectare. In addition, the fertility of the soils treated by this method increases due to plant hummocks in 2 ... 3 years. The application of this method is possible with the amelioration and snatchery of peat soils, as well as soils covered with moss tow, which is currently pre-raked, removed or burned, and then plowed. Thus, the lower cost and good quality of processing will ensure the wide application of the proposed method in the reclamation of peat-soils.
