Description
Дл устранени этого недостатка предлагаетс , согласно изобретению, использовать дл наплавки валика испытуемого металла плоский составной образец, состо щий из нескольких поперечных образцов, из которых четные образцы закреплены, а нечетные подвергаютс ударному сдвигу относительно четных образцов , причем наличие трещин определ ют по характеру излома наплавленного металла, а местоположение трещин сопоставл ют с распределением температуры в образце .The invention relates to methods for determining the temperature of the formation of hot cracks in a weld metal during electric arc welding. The known methods of this kind, which include recording the temperature distribution during the deposition of the bead on the sample and the subsequent detection of the cracks formed, do not provide sufficient accuracy, since the discovery of the cracks formed and their location is difficult. To eliminate this drawback, according to the invention, it is proposed to use a flat composite sample consisting of several transverse specimens from which the even specimens are fixed and the odd specimens undergo a shock shear relative to the even specimens, and the presence of cracks is determined by the fracture behavior metal, and the location of the cracks is compared to the temperature distribution in the sample.
3 - вид на излом испытуемого наплавленного металла .The proposed method is illustrated in the drawing, where in FIG. 1 shows a side view of a composite sample; in fig. 2 - view of the sample from above; in fig. 3 - view of the fracture of the test weld metal.
The transverse specimens 2 are laid on the base / are clamped in the direction of arrows 3 and 4. After the specimens are fastened, the bead 5 is welded. The shift of the samples is produced by the value of several tenths of a millimeter at different times relative to the moment of passage of the welding arc through this joint of the composite sample. Thus, all transverse specimens are shifted at different temperatures of the deposited tetal. According to the type of fracture specimens formed after the shear, the presence or absence of hot spots at this junction is determined.
3 отмечены зона трещины 5 и зона излома 6, образовавша с после наплавки.the cracks that form during the welding process ... the area of the joint representing the incision of the specimen. If the shift of a given sample is made before a hot crack forms, the fracture will have a crystalline character. If the shift is made after the formation of a crack, then the grains of metal on the cracks planes will be visible. FIG. 3 marks the crack zone 5 and the fracture zone 6, which was formed after the surfacing.
By consistently studying the nature of the fracture at each joint, one can find two adjacent joints with different indicators and thus determine the interval of hot crack formation under these conditions and welding conditions.
