J 1; O The invention relates to a method for preparing ketones of the general formula RCOR. where R and R can have the same or different values - alkyl zn 4, PYI it) 1-6, j or their mixtures, which are used as intermediates of the main organic synthesis and as universal solvents A method of producing ketones by vapor phase dehydration of alcohols in the presence of catalysts based on 11-oxide, copper, copper and chromium compounds 3. However, this method of producing ketones requires a scarce raw material of secondary alcohols. Ta, for example, for the preparation of diethyl ketone, pen tanol-3 is required, the absence of which does not allow the production of ketone on an industrial scale. Closest to the invention is a method for producing ketones of the general formula R — CO — R, where R and R can have the same or different values of alkyl for, or mixtures thereof, by vapor-phase conversion of carboxylic acids or a mixture of carboxylic acids of the general formula RCOOH, where R has the indicated values in the presence of catalysts selected from the group: ThOj, MnOj, CaO, ZnO, CaCO .. The process is carried out at 420,450 ° C. C23. The disadvantage of this method is the high operating temperatures in the reaction zone, which requires high energy costs and, therefore, complicates the process. Carrying out the process at high temperatures contributes to the occurrence of side reactions (pyrolysis, compaction, etc.), which leads to the resinification of the catalyst and reduces its service life and regeneration period. In addition, the known catalyst quickly loses its activity (see Examples 1 and 2). The aim of the invention is to simplify the process technology. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of producing ketones of the general formula RCOR, where R and R can have the same or different values - alkyl when g is 1-6, or their mixtures by vapor phase KOII version of carboxylic acids or a mixture of carboxylic acids of general formula R-COOH where R is alkyl C, H 2n4-t P -, in the presence of a catalyst containing calcium carbonate at elevated temperature, a mixture of calcium carbonate and iron oxide in a mass ratio of 9: 1 to 4: 6 is used as a catalyst, and the process is carried out at 360-420 C. The process is carried out in isotherms eskom reactor by passing a pair of the parent acid or acid mixture over the catalyst. The temperature in the reaction zone is 360-420 0. Example 1. With the aim of determining the service life of the catalysts, according to the proposed and known methods, experiments are carried out to obtain diethyl ketone from propionic acid. Propio acid is fed into the reactor at a volume rate of 0.5 in liquid. The catalyst contains 40 wt.% CaCOj and 60 wt.% FejO ,. After 280 hours of catalyst operation, the selectivity of the process is 96% and the conversion is 87%. In the case of using a conventional carbonate catalyst after 280 hours of operation, the selectivity is 87% and the conversion is 82%. Example 2. In order to determine the service life of the catalyst according to the proposed and known methods, the preparation of dipropyl ketone from butyric acid is carried out. Butyric acid is fed to the reactor with a bulk rate of 0.5 hours - in liquid. The catalyst contains 80% CaCO, and 20%. After 140 hours of operation, the selectivity of the process is 93%, and the conversion is 88%. In the case of using a conventional catalyst, after 140 hours of operation, the selectivity is 81% and the conversion is 86%. Examples 3-24. The process is carried out as in Example 1. The results of the process are listed in the table. There, for comparison, the results of conducting the process in the presence of a known catalyst are given. In the case of carrying out the process according to the proposed method, the limits of the working temperatures of the process expand, the lower limit of the working temperature is lowered.
Thus, for example, at 360 ° C, the yield of diethyl ketone is 60% of the theoretical, while, in carrying out the process according to a known method, in the presence of CaCOj, diethyl ketone is not formed under these conditions. At the process temperature, the yield of diptiketone is 98% and 57% of the theoretical, respectively.
Thus, carrying out the process according to the proposed method allows to reduce energy consumption by

87%.lower operating temperature. This greatly simplifies the process technology. In the proposed method, there are no side reactions and increases the lifetime of the catalyst. Thus, upon receipt of diethyl ketone after 280 hours of work on the proposed method, the conversion process is 87%, the selectivity is 96%, while during the process in a known manner, during the same period the conversion decreases to 82% and the selectivity to 87 %
