Разгон сь по наклонным секци м течки 2, он приобретает скорость, горизонтальна составл юща которой примерно равна скорости двиu .i,a/i rvu i vj pwn tipri ivn:,pnv/ pa. .0.11 a v. rvw p.- i it /л жени емкостей 6. The invention relates to industrial transport, in particular to installations for loading on-the-fly continuously moving transport tanks. A known station for loading bulk materials into the containers, including a frame, in the upper part of which is mounted a mobile distribution junction, and in the lower part, under the leakage, trolleys with dispensers installed in rails that are fixed on the frame and interacting with the drive pushers. M, located on the frame and working synchronously with the mechanism for moving containers. Containers are loaded with this device by rotating the dispensers while they are simultaneously moving in synchronization with the moving containers. After unloading, the dispenser together with the trolley returns to its original position and begins the same process of unloading the second dispenser, then returning to the initial position 1. A known installation for loading on-the-move continuously moving transport tanks, containing an inflow closed hopper and an infinitely closed conveyor located under the bunker, carrying the the body of which is equipped with funnels mounted close to each other 2. in this installation, when loading tanks, the conveyor with the funnels moves with that same linear velocity with which the containers move, due to the synchronization of the drive of the conveyor and the drive for moving the containers. However, to ensure the synchronization of the drives at the speed of movement of the containers, and when the speed of the conveyor moves with the funnels and the containers is misaligned, the loading material will spill past the containers. In addition, the material from the chute of the receiving hopper enters the conveyor funnels perpendicular to the direction of movement of the containers, with the result that the funnels experience significant shock loads that prevent the movement of the conveyor. All these disadvantages reduce the reliability of the installation. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the installation by eliminating the spillage of the feed material. g - -. - .... The goal is achieved by the fact that the load-carrying body of the conveyor consists of carriages pivotally interconnected and installed on the tracks, having inclined sections before and after the receiving hopper, and on carts with a step smaller than the pitch between the loaded containers MI, fixed stops for interaction with these containers. The hopper of the receiving hopper is sectioned and installed at an acute angle to the direction of movement of the containers. FIG. 1 shows the proposed installation, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. 1. An installation for loading on-the-fly continuously moving transport tanks contains a receiving hopper 1 for bulk cargo with an inclined sectional chute 2 and an infinitely closed conveyor consisting of trolleys 3 on which funnels 4 mounted close to each other are attached. The carriages 3 are installed in the guides 5, which have inclined sections before and after the chute 2 of the receiving bunker, and are articulated with each other, for example, with cardan joints in a continuous coupling closed in a horizontal plane. Under the carriage 3, continuously moving transport containers 6 are located in the loading zone, between which the traction elements 7 are located. The trolleys 3 are equipped with protrusions 8 evenly spaced along the entire conveyor with a step t ,, smaller step t. Between the traction elements 7 of transport containers 6 The section chute 2 of the receiving bunker 1 is set at an acute angle to the direction of movement of the transport tanks 6. In the case of loading the tanks 6 with liquid cargo instead of a large bunker. A collector with a number of inclined nozzles can be installed (not Zano). The installation works in the following way. When the transport containers 6 move, their traction elements 7 alternately engage with the projections 8 of the carriages 3, which move synchronously with the containers 6. The hinges connected between the trolleys 3 move along the guides 5, moving the funnels 4. Funnels 4 at the entrance In the loading zone, they are located above the load transport containers 6 and synchronously move in this position throughout the entire loading zone. Bulk cargo in a known manner is fed into a receiving hopper 1, from where it enters the section of oblique estrus 2. Accelerating along the inclined sections of estrus 2, it acquires a speed whose horizontal component is approximately equal to the speed of movement .i, a / i rvu i vj pwn tipri ivn: pnv / pa. .0.11 a v. rvw p.- i it / l tank capacity 6. The latter is filled through the funnels 4, into which the cargo enters the exit of the chute 2. The funnel 4 eliminates the spilling of the cargo, directing it exactly in the tank 6. The chute 2 is evenly sectioned. distribute the load flow over the entire loading area in order to uniformly fill the moving containers and reduce the dynamic loads on them during the loading process.
При этом горизонтальна составл юща скорости истечени груза на выходе из течки приближаетс к скорости движени емкостей, что обеспечивает безударную загрузку последних в процессе движени , устран ет отскакивание частиц груза от воронок 4 и снижает процесс пылени .The slope of the chute is chosen optimally, depending on the physical and mechanical properties of the cargo and the speed of movement of the loaded containers. At the same time, the horizontal component of the outflow of cargo at the outlet of the chute approaches the speed of movement of the containers, which ensures unstressed loading of the latter in the process of movement, eliminates the rebound of the particles of the cargo from the funnels 4 and reduces the dusting process.
The presence of the projections 8 on the carriages 3, carrying the funnels 4, ensures the synchronous movement of the carriages 3 and the transport tanks b during the loading of the latter, which prevents the spillage of the loaded material and increases the reliability of the installation.
