The invention relates to power converter technology and may be applied in devices for converting three-phase alternating voltage into a constant twelve-fold ripple. A variable-to-constant voltage converter with twelve-fold pulsations is known, made on the basis of a three-phase transformer with two secondary windings connected into stars, the zero points of which form the terminals of the device, and between the free ends of each secondary winding and the tapes of the second secondary winding two groups are connected rectifiers of six valves that form the CIJ ring However, this converter is characterized by poor use of the valves due to their low conductivity angle (30 l.rad .: The closest to the proposed one is a three-phase alternating voltage converter into a constant containing three-phase transformer with two tap-off secondary windings, each of which is connected to a star connected by its common point to one of the output pins, and three groups of valves, one of which consists of six valves connected in a closed ring, common anodes and cathodes of the valves are connected with tapes of the respective secondary windings, and a common point with a common point of the other secondary winding Cutting reactor C21 The disadvantage of the known device is that the converter does not work in the twelve-pulse mode, since the voltage leveling relative to the output load terminals is performed by the reactor only between the full phase voltages of the secondary windings and does not participate in the leveling relative to the phase difference (linear voltages of the secondary windings, due that the latter are applied to the output terminals, the mine winding of the reactor. In addition, the resulting voltage, which is applied to the output pins and is obtained by leveling the reactor with the full phase voltages of the secondary windings, has a phase shift relative to the original 30 degrees, i.e. coincides in phase with the difference of the phase voltages of the sections of the secondary windings. Thus, the operation of the device in the twelve pulse mode is not reliable. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a variable voltage converter. A constant containing a three-phase transformer with two tap-off secondary windings, each of which is connected to a star connected by its common point to one of the output pins, and three groups of valves, one of. which consists of six valves connected in a closed ring and connected by three same common electrodes to tapes of one star of the secondary windings, and each of two groups of three valves connected in a star and connected to the corresponding ends of the stars of the secondary windings is connected to a common point the point of the star of the other secondary winding through the equalization reactor, the latter is additionally equipped with “three windings with a midpoint, the free ends of which are connected between the three other common electric genera group of six midpoints of the valves are connected to the taps of the secondary windings of the other star, with additional windings E.TOM about the midpoint of the reactor and the secondary windings of the transformer relative to each other counter-incorporated, and between these a winding according incorporated. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the proposed converter; in fig. 2 is a vector diagram of the stresses applied to the load. The converter contains a transformer 1 with secondary windings 2 and 3, valves 4-5, - a balancing reactor 16 with windings 17 and 18 and additional windings 19-21. The secondary windings 2 and 3 of transformer 1 are connected into two identical stars, the zero points of which are the output terminals of the device. Desoldering of secondary windings 2 and 3, which divide windings into parts, respectively, a2a2; , (; wa, bg,, are connected respectively to the middle points of the auxiliary windings 19-21 of the reactor, sections of which are included opposite to the medium
